Streamlined Patient Communication, Effortlessly Efficient
I appreciate Curogram's ability to save time when confirming, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. It's also great that it prevents patients from being routed to the wrong office by clearly communicating location information. I like the feature where we can save addresses, use attachments, and quickly respond with common answers like yes or no. I find it especially helpful because it allows me to multitask and handle other things in the office while still communicating with patients. Many patients prefer to communicate via text messages at their convenience, and Curogram makes this process easy. The initial setup was beginner-level easy, which I really liked.

Organized Conversations, Easy Task Assignment, and Wonderful Support
I love that each conversation is linked to a client’s profile, so I can easily keep track of who I’m chatting with without needing to re-verify a phone number or date of birth. I also appreciate being able to assign tasks to peers and have those tasks connected directly to the conversation, which keeps everything organized and easy to find in one place. I also feel that the UI is super user friendly. I was able to hop in and do what I need for my job without having to go through a bunch of training and tutorials. Customer support has also been wonderful in helping with any questions I have.
