I am a new customer to constant contact as of yesterday afternoon and I have already received a welcome call from one of your customer service reps, Demi G. Demi is a God send, just as I was starting to get frustrated her call came in and she spend plenty of time with me to help me with my issues and make sure I understood the plan and helped with bugs I was having.

I like how Constant Contact has a nice format that allows us to integrate our brand and message easily into our communications. It's really user-friendly. The ability to use and reuse templates means I’m not starting from scratch each time, which is really nice and convenient. I also appreciate being able to store contacts with custom fields. It's easy to add pictures and photos, bringing our stories to life with text that pops off the page with various colors. I love that it displays nicely on mobile and desktop views so I can understand the user experience from both perspectives. The analytics are fantastic, especially for tracking open and click rates, which helps us gauge engagement with our content. Furthermore, the initial setup was amazing, with great support from the team. Overall, Constant Contact helps fill a big gap for us on emails and newsletters.
