I like Webex Calling's reliability and ease of use. The call quality has been consistently good, which is important for clear communication with customers and colleagues. The interface is simple, allowing new users to get comfortable quickly. I appreciate the flexibility to use the same business number across desktop, mobile, and compatible desk phones, making it convenient to switch between office and remote work without missing any calls. Additionally, having a cloud-based system keeps us connected across different locations, and integrating it with Microsoft 365 and the broader Webex suite ensures a cohesive workflow.
The look and feel of the UI is really nice and energetic. I use it with Outlook for Partner Connect, like Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc, because the integration is easy to use. The purpose of Webex is always to have the right collaboration in terms of performance. I think having this meeting tool meets the expectation of Cost of Investment.
I hope that in the near future, some sort of automation, like noting down the whole conversation, will be possible with AI.
