Reliable Equipment Management with Superb Support
I like CHEQROOM because of its accessibility and precision. It's very accurate and I've never had issues with it, so it really does what it's supposed to do. I also find it incredibly useful for larger companies, especially having everything in one place. It’s a great tool for managing equipment, allowing us to track when items are checked in and out, and knowing where everything is and who has it. I also appreciate the ease of setup; it works like setting up a social media account. The team behind CHEQROOM is doing a great job too, which adds to my positive experience with the system.

Rock-Solid Asset Management Across Job Sites—Easy for Everyone
Cheqroom is reliable and solid. It’s easy enough to understand that even staff who aren’t tech-savvy can grasp how it works. Many of our users are tradesmen and builders of all ages who aren’t particularly familiar with tech, and they all navigate the system successfully. Cheqroom has become an integral part of how we work, because it lets us keep track of all our plant and equipment across multiple job sites. The help function is surprisingly good, and the AI continues to impress. The system never lags and, in my experience, it hasn’t been “down” once in the last four years.
