Our Customer Success Manager was very helpful in identifying ways to integrate a straightforward workflow, along with the various variables we need to collect, to help ensure our service performs well and that we meet the compliance and legal requirements under our mandate. Overall, the solution is simple and easy to use. By allowing us to forward an email via MS Outlook with the case file number attached, CaseIQ helps us maximize our resources by removing the burden of saving and importing content for every file. The AI component helps us quickly search for similar files and avoid duplicates. The investment was worth it!

I like how we were able to build Case IQ for our specific needs, especially as a brand new agency starting off. Some of the fields truly benefit what we do for the state and our office. It's valuable because once a case comes in, we're able to review it and monitor certain steps along the way to ensure proper actions are taken to closure. Using the Case IQ report option is critical for our annual reports, and we're able to make very substantiated reports that benefit the office and the state as a whole. The initial setup was terrific and a lot easier than I thought it would be. The team that worked with us was very open for communicating, had a lot of knowledge, and made the transition into Case IQ very easy. I also appreciate the expandability, as it fits the mold of what we want to see and helps guide us to where we need to be.
