**What do you like best about BT One Phone?**

Unified Number Across Devices
You can link landline, desk-phone, mobile and extensions so that if someone calls your business number, it’ll reach you wherever you are (on your mobile or desk). 

Cloud-Hosted System / Flexibility
Because it’s cloud based, you get many of the functions of a full office phone system (call routing, forwarding, hunt groups, etc.) without needing dedicated hardware per user. You can control things centrally via a portal.

Mobile & Remote Working Support
The mobile app means you’re not tied to your desk. You can see your presence status, access voicemails, company directory, manage settings like follow-me (call forwarding) etc. This helps a lot if you travel or work outside the office.

**What do you dislike about BT One Phone?**

Reliability Issues
- dropped/missed calls, sudden call cut-offs, sometimes whole days with no incoming or outgoing service. 

Poor Customer Support
Delayed responses (or none at all) from support or faults teams.

**What problems is BT One Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple separate contracts / providers for landline, mobile, data etc.
Many businesses have separate systems (office desk phones or PBX, mobiles, broadband) each with their own bills, providers, support etc. That becomes expensive, confusing, and hard to manage.
BT One Phone combines them (landline and mobiles, call routing, etc.) into one system. 

Missed or delayed calls, especially on the move
When staff or engineers are outside the office, using separate numbers/mobile, calls can be missed or routed poorly. If someone calls the landline or extension, the call might not reach the right person.
BT One Phone ensures calls to landline, desk, or extension can be directed to the mobile device; it supports “follow-me” or forwarding so people can be reached wherever they are.
