What I like best about Bento is the reliability. Deliverability has been consistent, and my newsletter goes out every week without issues. The API also integrates well with Claude Code AI, which has made it easy to build automation around the newsletter rather than relying on manual steps. UI/UX could be a bit more polished but as I'm mostly using the API, it's not a big deal for me. Good value for money and support is very fast on discord.
