The customization of the tool and the UX are really impressive!

Bento is a huge time saver for us, particularly for our engineering team, when it comes to launching things like "Getting Started Checklists" and even filling empty states with information inside of our product that we otherwise would've had to build internally. Their team is extremely supportive whenever we have questions or need assistance. Plus, I feel like they genuinely consider our feedback, as they consistently come out with exciting new product updates/features that are relevant to our goals.

- Customization: Bento allows for highly customizable guides that allow for targeting specific users to get them the information they need when they need it. This also allows users to choose guides and learning paths that make the most sense to their use cases. I could go on here, but the simple fact is that I can feel confident in knowing users are getting the right information, at the right time. - Support: The support we've had with the Bento team has been nothing short of top notch -Ease of use: Picking up and running with Bento in regard to creation and implementation has been seamless. They offer a lot of options for how things appear in-app that can be done with or without help from the eng. teams.
