We can create and manage matters, send Smart Forms to clients, collect information in an organized format, and use that data to prepare immigration forms without repeatedly entering the same details. This has significantly reduced manual data entry and made it easier for our team to track each case from intake through preparation and filing. The interface is generally intuitive, and having client information, questionnaires, forms, documents, tasks, and case progress in one place improves collaboration and reduces the risk of missing information. The Smart Forms and automated form preparation provide the greatest value for us.
