Valuable HR Features, But Support Availability Lags
I appreciate how ADP TotalSource makes it easy to onboard new candidates, process status changes, terminations, benefits, and weekly payroll. I like being able to upload documents easily and customize reports. The 'Quickcalc' feature is helpful as it pre-calculates the breakdown of a check payout, including taxes, making it convenient to manage bonuses and vacation cash-outs.

Effortless Employee Management with ADP TotalSource
I find ADP TotalSource easy to use as it walks employees and employers through each step task by task. The feature I use the most is the I9 management system, which ensures that I9's are completed thoroughly and checks for any errors before processing. The initial setup was very easy, and the ADP team helped integrate the system for our whole organization.

Streamlined Payroll, Effortless Navigation
I really like how easy it is to navigate RUN Powered by ADP through the app and website. Everything is organized in tabs, making it easy to add employees and manage manual checks. It's really organized and easy to use, which helps make payroll super fast, super quick, and super easy. We can get it all done in just a few hours. The transition to using it was very smooth, and it's easy to understand after a few days. I like that everything is organized on the side, and when you click on a symbol, it tells you what it is, like 'report' or 'payroll,' making it really easy to navigate.
