User-Friendly with Excellent Support but Needs Improvement
I like ADP Workforce Now for its ease of site. The site is easy to navigate through and find things. I also appreciate the call-in number for issues because if I'm not able to figure something out, I can call their help line. I enjoy that it's all in one stop. The implementation team was great to work with; they were helpful and stayed involved for as long as we needed.

I like how comprehensive it is. I rarely need to reach out to Customer Service because so much information—reports, invoices, pay stubs, tax information, and more—is already available to me. I also like the timekeeping solution, and I appreciate that it’s relatively easy for employees to use.
