Complete automation of sales followup?, How to task creation to be automated?, what is the best way to create the email sequences to the clients and automate the further followup with clients? like what is replied in the past and the system should send a followup email to client?
The pink Mail icon will show a number representing how many times the email was read, and expand to show a drop down with the option to open in Gmail. I don't understand why this option is not offered all the time, even when unread.
For example, if I have a list of tasks that need to be done, but need to be put on hold, is there a way for me to create a task of tasks that is only viewable to me and a few selected partners?
At some point, I would like to see an update to the interface to make the platform a bit more organized and easy to use. There is a lot of information and features so it can get confusing at times. From speaking with your help staff it sounds like I am not the only user that would like this capability. As a mentioned above I would at least appreciate a notification if a contact is added to a company when they were previously associated with a different company.
