In the beginning, the app was very simple and easy to understand, but it has grown tremendously and keeps on getting new functionality. I would have liked a training program that is continuously updated as Dext grows that is split up into small, manageable increments of no more than 15 minutes each, with a little test at the end to test your knowledge. I like that Dext is much more accurate than others I've tried, such as Apron and Hubdoc. My account manager and the support teams are very helpful and kind, which makes a big difference when I need assistance. I enjoy the way I can bring in large numbers of invoices using my ScanSnap scanner, as it makes handling a lot of documents much easier.
