## Zuko Analytics Reviews
  ### 1. Easy, Actionable Field-Level Form Insights with Zuko Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zuko Analytics?**

The best thing that stood out regarding this Zuko Analytics platform was how easy it was to identify exactly where our users were struggling in our forms, instead of relying on more assumptions. Rather than only seeing complete and overall conversion numbers, this platform shows us the field-level insights like where exactly the users were hesitating and abandoning or even repeatedly correcting the information in the form. The level of visibility made it much easier for us to prioritise UI and ux improvements. Their overall setup was very straightforward, and we were collecting useful data without even spending weeks on implementing it, I also like their dashboard, which is focused on actionable insights instead of overloading with unnecessary metrics.

**What do you dislike about Zuko Analytics?**

I wouldn't say there are certain areas they are lagging a functionality point of view, but there is a bit complex learning curve if we are new to dedicated form analytics, and since their platform provides very detailed information, sometimes it can also take some time to understand which metrics deserve the most attention. Having some cross-form reporting and a more customizable dashboard for managing a large number of forms would be relatively helpful, which would exceed its current limitation.

**What problems is Zuko Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge was understanding why visitors started filling out forms before this platform and why they are not completing it. This platform helped us in identifying specific fields that created friction and unnecessary steps in our form and also validation errors that were hurting conversions. After making improvements based on those insights, our form became easier to complete, which reduced abandonment and improved lead quality. Overall, it has also shortened the time spent investigating ux and UI issues.

  ### 2. The best dedicated form analytics tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Zuko Analytics?**

High granular data can be complex to understand, especially for new users. Some training is required to get and keep them engaged with the tool. Not really a negative, just something to be mindful of.

**What problems is Zuko Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the usability and conversion rates of our forms by identifying conversion killers.

The alerting options are more basic than other tools, making it difficult to setup meaningful alerts for applications that have significant changes in traffic across the day.
Views of applications are segmented - insight within an application is really rich, but then to see behaviour across multiple applications is more difficult.

The process of implementing Zuko is rather easy, especially on forms.
They are also very open to outside feedback and value the opinions of their customers.

**What do you dislike about Zuko Analytics?**

The only real issue I've run into with Zuko is just their integration with Jotform which is the form building tool I use most. The integration isn't quite as seamless as others which requires a bit of manual work to properly label and identify fields.

**What problems is Zuko Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem Zuko solves is why do our potential customers not complete our forms? This data allows us to quickly make changes to forms to ensure that potential and existing customers have the easiest possible path to competion.

  ### 10. A Great Tool For Anyone Working In Optimisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abi H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Zuko Analytics?**

Zuko is one of the easiest tools to set up - it takes just minutes before you're up and running and gathering all sorts of metrics on how your website forms are performing. The magic form tagging tool you can use to label your forms and fields in a friendly way is very intuitive to use and means you don't have to get developers or technical folk involved or have to decipher random css ids.

I love that you can see overall form performance (views, starters, completions and abandons) and the completion path analysis is a great way to justify where changes are needed. Individual field data is throughly reported as well allowing you to see field returns, abandon rates and field time - all great indicators of where an issue might be lurking.

The insights dashboard is brilliant for a quick overview of what you should focusing on at a glance. Zuko also allows form and field segmentation comparisons across multiple forms which is very helpful. The monitoring features are a useful aded bonus to send rule based notifications, so even if you're not actively monitoring Zuko it'll tell you when it needs you to pay attention to. As a visual learner, I find the graphical representations of the data really helpful as opposed to endless columns and rows of data, so that's a nice touch for me.

Zuko is a must go to tool and is a regular in my arsenal of optimisation methodologies to help improve website conversions and usability. Their customer support is always very responsive and they go above and beyond to help you when you need it which is a refreshing change compared to other software vendors. The documentation is very thorough as well meaning you're not lost looking for answers when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Zuko Analytics?**

It may take a little bit of time to get used to interface, but once your first form is up and running it all makes complete sense, the small learning curve is worth every penny in my view because I've seen first hand how beneficial it can be uncovering form friction on websites - one of the biggest issues at critical conversion points that rely on forms to be completed.

**What problems is Zuko Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost any website will have a form that is a critical to a conversion - enquiry forms, email sign ups, checkouts, product pages, list pages - there are many examples. Understanding how well these various formats of forms and their individual fields perform is a fundamental part of website optimisation and improving usability. Zuko allows you to do this with ease and the pelthora of metrics it reports back on is invaluable. I have used Zuko as quantitive data evidence to forumlate a/b tests and more, and I can honestly say the financial and conversion benefits mean I have never regretted using Zuko in the 10 years or so I've been using it. What it uncovers as insights easily mitigates the cost of using it.
