There are many in-application limitations which Zoho team will highlight at the time of selling licence. You'll need to buy additional credits for scheduling online interviews. Zoho recruit does not have a feature to upload salary calculator, this makes offer generation module rather useless. Customer support is as poor as it can get. Even if you purchase their best package, you'll have to pay extra to get 24*7 support. Also there's no call support. The migration process was super easy and the platform is very user friendly. I have been able to customise and tailor to my business needs and this was a huge plus for our business. You get to be able to look for a candidate and view all their data in one place. It gives you enough customizations for the data that you need per applicant and it immediately sends them an email once you transfer them to "unqualified". **What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?** The fact that comments under applications get deleted once a candidate is removed from a job opening is a bit annoying. And you can't view the comments under their candidate profile if you look at them under "application". Also, not being able to send custom emails through the platform is a bit annoying. Not sure if it's on them or our hosting company though.
