What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

One of the standout features of Zoho Mail is its clean and intuitive interface. It’s easy to navigate, which makes managing emails a breeze. I also appreciate the robust organization tools, such as folders, labels, and filters, which help me keep my inbox tidy. The integration with other Zoho applications is a huge plus, allowing for seamless collaboration and productivity. What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

While Zoho Mail is generally reliable, I’ve experienced occasional slow loading times, especially when accessing large attachments or during peak usage hours. Also, the mobile app, while functional, could use some improvements in terms of user experience and responsiveness. Sometimes, it feels a bit clunky compared to the web version. What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Mail addresses several issues I faced with other email providers, such as cluttered interfaces and limited storage. What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

not receiving emails from 1 particular company where i tried to put personal email and i was receiving it. I called customer support to check the domain records are all correct through remote session and denied and said we know when to do remote session. there is lots to write but without wasting time i will never come to zoho or recommend to any one now and in future. The reviews they are getting is from India to established global presence that most are happy but in realistic its dodge reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
