Zoho Directory (ZD) is the workforce identity and access management solution for your business. ZD is a security product from Zoho that manages user identities, apps, and devices in a single space. If you're already using on-premises directories to manage identities in your organization, you can start managing your cloud apps with Directory Stores inside ZD. Cloud apps can be assigned to user accounts individually or in groups. Admins can choose from over 500 pre-integrated apps or add their organization's preferred apps. Once apps have been added to ZD, employees can log in with one set of credentials through single sign-on (SSO). SSO reduces the number of password reset requests for admins. In addition, user provisioning can be set up to perform CRUD (create, read, update, delete) activities on user profiles automatically. You can also manage devices with ZD, extending the power of SSO.
