The best features of Zoho Cliq are:

1. Zoho Cliq has made it really easy for me to communicate with my team members via text, channels, calls, meetings, etc. while working on our content project.

2. Since I am more comfortable in mobile phone, I prefer to use it in mobile and thankfully Zoho Cliq has its application on android. This makes me communicate with my team anywhere on the go without any hustle.

3. It lets me schedule important meeting and note down important dates as well as events with the calender feature.

The features I dislike about it are:

1. There are multiple times when my screen froze while sharing my screen, which forced me to switch to another platform for screen sharing.

2. There was an issue when one of my team member was not able to join the channel I created. Also Zoho Cliq lacks its own community which makes it difficult to connect with people.

3. This might be a minor problem but when I was searching for a business instant messaging software in the beginning and came up with Zoho Cliq, I was confuse about the real purpose of the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most helpful features about Zoho Cliq are:

1. I have been constantly searching for a software which would let me communicate with my team over internet online without any physical presence and carry out the tasks together. And Zoho Cliq was the best instant messaging platform I could find for my business.

2. It lets me create separate channels for different teams and communicate simultaneously with them for different tasks. I can chat individually for any sort of issues with the respective member.

3. I can upload various files and media for the respective assigned members to work on. I can easily schedule meetings and important events with the help of calendar feature. It also notifies me for important meetings at particular time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features I disliked are:

1. One of the greatest downside of Zoho Cliq is its poor interface in mobile phones, the same application was not as interesting to use as it was on web desktop.

2. Although it provides an Admin Guide through mail, it does not provide a startup guide for the new users that have just landed on the page.

3. There are occasional crashes and bugs in the mobile application of Zoho Cliq as much as I have faced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some upsides of Zoho Cliq are:

1. There are various departments in an organisation and there is a need for communicating with every department separately, and Zoho Cliq fulfils this need by letting me create separate channels for every team and discuss separate tasks with them.

2. One of the key reasons for my preference of Zoho Cliq over other similar platforms is its ease of creating and setting up an account in a matter of few minutes. I was easily able to create an account and set it up on Zoho Cliq.

3. Zoho Cliq is not limited to its availability on web desktop but also available on various platforms like Google Play Store and Apple Store, which makes it great to use anywhere anytime.

4. There is a feature of Calendar that lets me add a reminder for my upcoming events and also pre-schedule important meetings with my teammates.

Some downsides I faced in Zoho Cliq are:

1. In most of the business or professional-oriented platforms, there exists a user guide which provides a journey through the features and functions available in the software. But Zoho Cliq lacked this feature of a user guide.

2. Though it occurred only once, I faced a screen freeze while screen sharing during a meeting, which made it hectic for me.

We were introduced to Cliq by our Director of Communications, and it has helped staff communication and productivity. Incredibly easy to use. We only use Cliq for staff communication and leave our personal text messages for outside items. The number of emails went down among staff, which I really appreciated. I haven't needed to use customer support, and I use it daily. There are apps for smartphones and Mac computers. You can attach documents, create multiple groups, schedule communication or messages, add gifs, etc. It is really simple and easy to use. Zoo lick's graphical interface and the many features it offers make it one of the most widely used tools by the team of professionals who are active in our organization.
