Everything, from UI, to responsiveness, the Builder which was the hardest and most frustrating thing I have ever experienced in any platform. It's so clunky and unresponsive, it's bugged, it has so many errors and just does not integrate well with Outlook... So many mistakes and so little user-friendly and so little freedom or modules to actually build something nice. I really like Zoho Campaigns for its low cost, which is very affordable according to Indian rupees. It's a good platform for email marketing that helps me share a large number of SMSes and emails with my clients and leads efficiently. The drag and drop editor is the best part for me when it comes to creating emails, and the inbuilt templates, like the professional newsletter, make it easy to get started without coding. I just add features and branding, and everything is in place. I like that the interface of Zoho Campaigns is fairly intuitive, which made it easy for our design team to get onboarded without any issues. Zoho Campaigns could improve on its features, especially in embedding videos and displaying carousel-like images, which competitors like Mailchimp and Brevo offer. Though it's not a feature we heavily use, it's a nice-to-have. Also, integrating Zoho Campaigns with Canva has been challenging. The email editor in Zoho Campaigns is really clunky, making it hard to format and design emails to look nice. It's also very slow loading. It's supposed to integrate with Zoho CRM and I've set up workflows, but it's difficult to use and it still doesn't work. We switched from Constant Contact expecting better integration with Zoho CRM, but Constant Contact was better in terms of UI/UX. I appreciate Zoho Campaigns for its free plan, which was highlighted as beneficial when I was just starting out. The free email campaign feature was the biggest thing for me to get started.
