# Which Compensation Management platforms offer strong integration with existing business tools and workflows?

HiBob HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors HCM, and Payscale Ascent lead here.

Performance data would be the integration gap most likely to push me back into spreadsheets. Compensation cycles often need HRIS, payroll, market, and performance data in the same decision workflow. I’d test whether performance changes and employee updates flow into compensation planning automatically, while preserving approval history, rather than requiring HR to reconcile exports before every review cycle.
