**What do you like best about Zipy?**

I liked the fact that it allows Session replay and error correlation (big win). Easier and quick to setup. Helps reduce back-and-forth between product & engineering.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Zipy is not a full analytics suite. The backend monitoring is weaker vs pure APM tools. Enterprise maturity may need validation - still building that 'brand'.

**What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipy solves the problem of not being able to see what users actually experience when things break, which makes debugging slow and inefficient.

It combines session replay with error logs, helping us identify and fix issues faster, reduce back-and-forth across teams, and improve user experience and conversions.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

Zipy has been a fantastic tool for tracking user behavior and debugging issues in realtime. The session replay feature is especially useful as it lets us see exactly how users interact with our app, which helps us in making better product decisions. Easy to jump in, setup, and starting using, along with a fantastic support.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

not much to dislike, but I'd love to see more integrations with third party tools in the future to make our workflow even smoother

They have drastically improved our ability to identify and fix errors quickly. The detailed error tracking and session insights have helped us pin-point UI/UX issues and resolve them faster

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

Zipy lets us see exactly how our users are interacting with our product.  It saves us time and improves the overall experience. This makes it much easier for the product team to understand product usage and fix issues faster. It shows what features they're using, where they're getting stuck, and tracks events like rage taps or errors.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Sometimes the event tracking takes a little time to update. And I feel like a few metrics could have deeper insights. But overall, it works well for our team.

**What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Zipy, we don’t need to guess anymore. It tracks product sessions, and custom events, and shows us analytics about what’s working and what’s not. Debugging product issues have become faster, and we can improve features based on actual user behavior. It's helping the product team a lot in making better decisions.

Used Zipy extensively when we launched our product, this helped us session reply, the product was easy to use and the customer support is just amazing. I usually start my day with tracking features of our app and how our users actually adopt the feature.

Zipy enables us to understand where to address, in terms of UI improvements, so that users get a better experience. We have been successful in driving such improvements post analytics from Zipy, very helpful.

Nothing as of now, eager for the upcoming features.

ZIpy throws visibility into user sessions, analytics and insights into UI journey of the users, and easily identifies rage clicks etc.

Best thing I like about Zipy - the error monitoring, heatmaps, session replays, and the filters/customizations they provide. The insights we gain from the tool is very useful and easy to consume to take action.

Really hope they add more features around getting insights directly from the tool.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

I really like Zipy's bug tracking and error tracking features. Recently we were facing lot of network errors in our app that was causing issues for the users. With Zipy, we were able to figure what was going wrong. The error logs were much helpful with that were able to fix issue much quicker. Additionally the session replay, this helped us lot where users were running into trouble. On top of that customer support has been fanatstic. Specially Bharat and Sandesh has helped us a lot. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Error logs were not having advanced customization. There was a incident where were network logs were not clearly mentioned and it was a very important issue for us. They came on call and guided us through additonal ways to track and identify those effectively.They understood the requirements and gave us workarounds. Their dev tools are quite effective. I wish they had  more filtering options in dev tools . The turnaround time was very quick. The support made a real difference even though the feature was missing.

**What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we were having numerous customer issues and were not able to track them, particularly the network errors. But with Zipy, we were able to get the exact network logs and pinpoint the exact errors. Now, we have a good ecosystem for tracking errors.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

We were facing error in our Android app and that we weren't able to find it. We used Zipy to replay the user session and identify the exact place where the issue occured. Zipy gives detailed dashboard with error logs, which helped our mobile teams resolve the problem quickly. Zipy’s features have improved our app performance and streamlined our debugging process.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Zipy is good in a lot of things, we missed some features for Flutter app debugging. But, as part of their Flutter SDK Beta, the support team was responsive and provided effective solutions. I think there are many scopes of improvement, but the developer experience is way smooth.

Zipy has helped with our mobile app debugging. Our developers user the dashboard and error logs. We weren't able to resolve one issue, but their support team guided us well.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

RB2B-Zipy Integration is good. I can see exactly what visitors are doing on the website, especially those tracked by RB2B. The session summary also saves me a lot of time. Plus, it's easy to integrate with GTM.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Sometimes, certain sessions aren't captured by Zipy due to being blocked by a firewall. However, this is a rare occurrence and not a significant issue.

Zipy helps me how visitors interact with the wesbite and helps me out to find the areas of improvement. I've fixed lot of my landing pages after watching the sessions.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

Zipy’s session replay feature is good for understanding user behavior. The screen recordings allow us to see exactly how users interact with our application. We can replay every click and action, giving us in depth insights into user experience and usability issues. Zipy's search capabilities also make it easy to filter and find specific user sessions, which is invaluable for me.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

There’s not much to dislike, but it would be great if the session replay tool could integrate more seamlessly with other customer support tools we use. However, the existing features more than make up for it, and Zipy continues to improve, so we’re confident this will be addressed in the future.

**What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipy has helped me to solve critical UX issue by providing interaction details of user sessions and screen recordings. I can quickly identify and address user errors and customer issues before they escalate. And it has no impact on performance, which keeps our application running smoothly. Zipy has significantly improved our user experience and made our customer support efforts more efficient.

Zipy has been a game-changer in streamlining our debugging processes. The ease to replay user sessions and filtering them based on geography, email id. etc. has really helped us improve our product with the valuable insights. Their debugging tools, which include detailed error logs and payload data, have really helped our team resolve the issues faster. 

It's also easier to integrate with our backend monitoring tool and chat support, allowing us to easily access the session linked with each chat initiated by our users.

What truly sets apart Zipy is their team's prompt support. Their team is always available and helps with faster error resolutions.

A direct preview feature for user sessions would be a valuable addition. Despite this, Zipy’s efficiency is unmatched in my experience.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

Zipy has been a game-changer for me. it was easy to use, and I like how it lets me instantly replay user session (by instantly i mean after the session has been created) and see exactly where errors such as frontend and network are happening. The insights I have gained from Zipy have been really good in helping me improve our web product and create a smoother user experience.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

while Zipys filtering options are helpful, navigating big chunks of logs for less defined issues can be a little time taking for some people. A option that could  bring up potential problem areas or highlight the not so usual patterns within the logs would be incredibly helpful

**What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipy has really helped me with spotting and understanding frontend errors. I love how I can just replay user sessions instantly and see exactly where things go wrong. It's been a huge time-saver, especially for a dev like me who is involved in a lot of different porjects at the same time. also I feel like I can fix issues a lot faster now. The insights which I get from Zipy have made it a lot easier to improve our product and make the user experience smoother. Its not perfect, but it's been a big help for me.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

Zipy has enabled us to visualise customer experience and any errors customer has faced in near real time. There are a number of features like heat map, session replay, user tagging, console errors which helps us to understand customer experiences including potential issues. Zipy admin is easy to use and can stand u pthe integration with sites in clicks via GTM in few minutes. On top of this Zipy has an amazing customer support team who provide unconditional support to us and quick responses t oany questions. Kudos to Zipy team!!

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Capturing Console errors is great feature however if there was a capability to categorize these will help in troubleshooting and fixing the real issues which matter to our customers. In reality I guess there is lot of noise due customer browser and actions customer take while interacting with our Brand sites.

Heat maps helps us understand the parts of out application customer interact more.
Errors on various pages and ability to fix them for cusotmers.
Session replay to understand customer journey and trouble shoot the issues.

Zipy’s application performance monitoring has been a great thing. We had speed issues with our web app, and Zipy’s detailed error tracking and network logs helped us identify the root cause.

I’ve noticed one limitation, that Zipy is currently unable ignore certain types of errors.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

I liked Application Performance Monitoring features of Zipy. We were facing speed challenges in out web application. The development tools provided by them proved to be quite helpful. The detailed error tracking and network logs pinpointed where the performance issues were situated. For example, Zipy supported us in identifying delayed network API queries that were affecting customer happiness. Using this knowledge, we were able to quickly remedy these performance concerns. The combination of error tracking and performance monitoring has transformed how we improve and maintain app performance.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Zipy has proven to be a tool, for overseeing the performance of our application. We faced an issue when the network logs failed to capture some API calls entirely. While this particular problem was not entirely resolved the support team at Zipy was exceptionally supportive. They suggested approaches, for tracking errors. Kept us in the loop regarding any potential updates. Their assistance was truly outstanding.

Zipy has played a role, in enhancing our application performance monitoring. The tools advanced error tracking and network logs have helped us cut down the time required to identify performance issues. While we encountered a difficulty in understanding network requests the support team, at Zipy offered guidance and temporary solutions. Their assistance has allowed us to consistently improve our apps performance.

Zipy's performance monitoring capabilities are strong. We have significantly improved our performance thanks to the API Performance and Page Performance. We were able to pinpoint the precise pain area with the use of logs. It would have taken forever to improve without API performance.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Nothing as of yet.We did, however, have some early problems with missing network logs and API calls, which I did discover. Thankfully, the support staff took initiative and assisted me in finding a workable solution. They provide excellent help !!

I save so much time with Zipy. They assist us in finding pain sites that would have taken a long time to locate without their monitoring tools. Zipy also aids in finding hidden bugs.

Having used Sentry, LogRocket, and Zipy, I can confidently say that Zipy is my favorite for its user-friendliness and powerful insights. It's incredibly easy to navigate, even for members in my team without dedicated analytics expertise. what I like the most is the continuous updates of improvements from the Zipy team. Also kuddos to the support team.

While I appreciate Zipy’s design overall, I've occasionally found it challenging to locate specific users by their email or phone number. Improving the user search functionality with more robust filtering or a dedicated search field would significantly improve this aspect of the user experience.

**What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipy helps me bridge the gap between just having basic reports and actually getting actionable insights. It's super user-friendly, even for teams like ours that don’t have deep analytics expertise.

One of the best error monitoring tool. The logs here are much helpful. Session replay and error logs together is the best solution for debugging. Saves my lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

Sometimes there is bit of delay in getting live sessions. While testing it on staging environment. I need to wait for few mins to get the data. But its fine. Not a big problem

Zipy is a huge time saver. Initially it took lot of time for us to debug the errors. But with the help of session replay and logs together it is easy to pin point the problem.

Zipy has made it much easier for us to locate and fix faults in our application. It tracks how many times errors occur and how many users are impacted. It has all the data, which helps me prioritize the fixes. Our whole error ecosystem is balanced now. A big thanks to Zipy—really an amazing tool.

I appreciate how Zipy brings all our JavaScript and API errors into one clear view. It’s easy to track and understand the impact of issues on our users, and the error analytics dashboard gives us a great overview of trends.

The filtering options took a little time to understand, but once I figured it out, it became an important part of my error tracking process. There's a bit of a learning curve, but it’s definitely worth it.

**What do you like best about Zipy?**

Zipy has a great error dashboard that provides all the necessary data. I can see all error sessions and track every bug in one place, rather than searching through individual sessions. It also shows how many users were impacted

**What do you dislike about Zipy?**

We have a lot of errors in production, but some of them are just noise that I’d really like to ignore. Right now, there's no way to filter those out. While it's not a blocker, I’d love to have this feature.

Zipy is enabled for both our app and website. Extremely useful for tracking user behavior and analysing to find errors (submit button not working) or make changes to the layout (landing pages). The features I like are filters to create segments, export to csv and integrations to Hubspot. It's quite user-friendly too and their support is great—shout out to Bharath Kumar

Had to wait quite a while for their heatmap rollout, which was a big ask for user behavior tracking tool.

The installation method is also very easy, so you will be able to apply it easily.
I strongly recommend using zipy when you need to focus on feature development.

When accessing from Korea, the site feels a bit slow, but it is tolerable. Hopefully it will be faster in the future.
There are more advantages than disadvantages, so I use it well. I recommend you to try it once.

Performance monitoring would definitely be a great add on but I heard it is on its way. If I would have been writing this then I would have said I don’t like the theme but it’s all sorted with a new theme.

There are a couple of things that this product does well. What I like best would be easy integration in the product and excellent UX to identify user sessions.

I have used some of it's competitors before, while the sessions feature is common amongst these tools, I find Zipy's analytics of the session more holistic.

Nothing so far.

I primarily use Zipy to view user sessions and get stack trace of any frontend/backend bugs that might have occurred during the session. That experience is reasonably smooth.

Zipy is a great tool when it comes to identifying production level UI issues. All you need to do is just add the Zipy code to your website and from then on noticing browser specific errors as well as understanding user behavior with it's instant video recording makes things very easy

Beyond that the tool comes handy, in understanding user engagement patterns. This is especially useful for a SaaS platforms where you do not always get a chance to build a one-on-one connect with the user who is using your platform.

While Zipy is very good at its job, only one thing that I wish it could have was ability to exclude website engagement of our team members
