**What do you like best about Zipi?**

Zipi has helped my team track the back office end of our business. Everyone at Zipi is quick to respond and help whenever needed. The system is easy to use. 
I love the fact that I never feel like I am lost or alone. Zipi is always here to help me and provide me great tips on keeping my business organized.

**What do you dislike about Zipi?**

making my monthly payment has been a challenge. i think it may be user error but the zipi team still helps me through it.

**What problems is Zipi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

back office organization. Zipi makes it simple to enter transaction information and commission updates. zipi is the only system i have found that can work with my unique commission structure.

**What do you like best about Zipi?**

The full integration of transaction management and accounting suite is hugely helpful in efficiently managing financial reporting. It also links line items back to the deals themselves, allowing you to look back at the whole story without switching through multiple applications.

**What do you dislike about Zipi?**

Zipi still has some large gaps that need to be filled in before I can really recommend to others.  I have yet to be able to reconcile our bank account directly from matches made in the bank feed.  Checks cannot be batched; they must be cut one at a time.  Our agents find their user portal to be difficult to navigate and use.

**What problems is Zipi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1)  Integration of Operations/Accounting information reporting  2) Automate a significant portion of agent billing for charges to be reimbursed to the brokerage
