**What do you like best about Zinc Partners?**

As the marketing manager at Regal Boats, I appreciated Zinc Partners' professionalism and expertise in Salesforce integration. Their team was highly skilled, always prepared, and provided valuable insights to not only optimize our CRM processes but literally create them. Their responsive and client-focused approach allowed for smooth collaboration, ensuring that our unique requirements were addressed effectively

**What do you dislike about Zinc Partners?**

While working with Zinc Partners, it's difficult to pinpoint any significant dislikes as my overall experience was positive. If I had to mention something, it would be that their extensive knowledge and expertise can sometimes make it challenging for a novice to grasp all the details. However, their team was always willing to patiently explain any complexities and ensured that we were comfortable with the solutions being implemented. In the end, any minor concerns were easily outweighed by the numerous benefits we gained from their Salesforce integration services.
