**What do you like best about Ziik?**

Ziik makes it easy for everyone to stay connected, no matter where they work. It’s simple to use, even for teams who aren’t at a desk all day. We now have one clear place for updates and information instead of scattered documents. The customer support team is always quick, friendly, and helpful. It’s brought our teams across Norrland closer together and made communication effortless

Some users would like more control over notifications and alerts

**What problems is Ziik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to waste time chasing information and sharing documents manually. Now, Ziik keeps everything organized and easy to find. It’s made our work smoother and boosted both productivity and engagement

**What do you like best about Ziik?**

What I appreciate most is how Ziik creates a professional communication space that’s still easy to use. Our staff were able to adopt it on day one thanks to the familiar feed design, and now they know where to find updates, manuals and news.

**What do you dislike about Ziik?**

The current setup is clean and simple, though a few design tweaks would help match our brand even better.

**What problems is Ziik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziik replaced personal chat apps with a professional communication tool that keeps work conversations seperate. It’s helped us separate work from private life while still ensuring everyone is informed.
