We use ziflow to monitor ad proofs at our agency and it is incredibly helpful. The stages feature makes sure everyone who needs to approve can do so in the correct order. It has transformed the way we approve marketing content - it's super easy to use with many great features and it's easy to organise the material for approval. We would love the ability to mark up word documents directly in Ziflow so they can be downloaded and the changes accepted. Also some more flexibility in customising Proofs settings. Not only does Ziflow provide intuitive tools to mark up proofs, it also makes even the most insane, nitpicking editor seem far less annoying. A handy check box is on each comment so that as edits are executed, they can be checked off the list. This saves infinite amounts of time and provides crystal clear clarity. I truly wish Ziflow was used at my previous job. The amount of tears and heartache that would have been prevented is immeasurable. I'm still scarred and those wounds may never truly heal. I wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat from nightmares of jumbles of irrelevant and ineffective edits hounding me like the dogs of hell only to remember the solace of Ziflow. The ease of use, Ziflow allows clients to easily mark up changes and feedback on the proofs, so that everyone is on the same page, it also works great to internal proof. The only con I have is that some features are not available on all plan levels, and therefore makes its more expensive for small teams like myself. The extra features would be very helpful but I cannot get them at my plan and team level without a huge additional cost. As a creative professional, one of the major causes of delays in approval is the feedback process. Sometimes, some feedback gets lost in the email and messenger threads. And not only that, but sometimes the comments are unclear regarding which design element it pertains to. Upon using Ziflow, our feedback process has been streamlined. You can pinpoint the design element you want to change and even identify the exact timestamp on a video where you want to make changes. It's really easy to use. The UX and UI are straightforward and can be easily understood by users. We love using Ziflow and will continue to do so, as it has helped our team's efficiency and turnaround time. Sometimes it gets buggy when you upload multiple files in on proof. One time I was uploading a bunch of videos to be reviewed under a single proof, but it kept saying that the mp4 format was not supported. I tried refreshing the page, but it always shows me an error page and says I should contact the admin. After multiple page refresh, I finally managed to finish uploading the videos, only to find out that the proof was broken. I could not open it, and the videos won't play. I had to delete that proof and redo it all over again. Luckily the 2nd attempt did the job. Hopefully, I won't experience it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
