Automated Workflows and Workflow Templates are the parts of Ziflow we rely on most, because they let us assign each review stage its own owner, permissions, and deadline. Instead of sending the same asset to everyone at once and then hoping feedback comes back in a sensible order, we split the process into creative review, marketing, legal, and client approval. Automatic reminders cut down on the amount of chasing, and conditional rules prevent a piece from reaching the client while internal comments are still unresolved. Compare Mode is particularly helpful when a new version comes back: we can place files side by side or use the overlay view to confirm that a price, disclaimer, or CTA was corrected, without overlooking an unrelated change elsewhere. Checklists also help us keep brand requirements, dimensions, legal copy, and other mandatory content tied to the right stage. One unexpected benefit has been noticing the same mistakes repeating across campaigns; once that pattern was clear, we updated the briefs and templates instead of continuing to catch the same issue at the end of every review.
