I went into Ziflow without training and chose not to read any help documentation to see how my team members might see the platform. From a reviewer's standpoint, my only complaint would be that the tools within proofing are a bit difficult to find. Our design team uses Ziflow for feedback from dozens of client stakeholders with a huge range of technical experience. Our least technical users love Ziflow because it allows them to quickly markup documents and chat back and forth. Occasional technical issues like comment tags not being placed in their proper locations. The user interface can be overwhelming for new users and new admins - the UI could use a refresh to create better hierarchy of functions (or maybe make it customizable?) Our team finds Ziflow's markup features particularly helpful and user-friendly. The intuitive interface allows us to organise our workflow more efficiently, prioritise tasks quickly and keep projects up to date with minimal effort. In addition, feedback from readers or commentators can be easily incorporated into a project before the final draft is ready for distribution - something we used to struggle with in older tools such as "relics". I wish Ziflow would allow notifications to be sent to the recipient from within each file. I would prefer to be able to send an approval while viewing artwork, rather than having to wait until all assets and documents are complete before selecting recipients from the home page. I love that I don't have to explain how to use the software to my clients. The interface is super intuitive, so non-techie people who receive a proof can easily add comments and approve without lengthy explanations from me.
Also, Ziflow works regardless of the file size you throw at it. I upload some pretty big high-res PDFs and video files. With some other solutions, you have to wait an extremely long time before the file is rendered and ready for review—but with Ziflow, files are generated in seconds or minutes. The only little gripe I have is that I can't send a custom message with the proof, but that's because I'm on the low plan. It's too big a jump in price to move up a plan to get that one function.
I was a long-time user of ProofHQ, which Adobe bought (Ziflow knocks the socks off it, btw) and could always attach a custom message to go out with the proof link when it was processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started using ziflow one year ago doing home office, so my training was remoted. In a very few days I was able to work with it since it's a very intuitive and simple interface. For saying something "bad" maybe it could be interesting to link with an edition software so it wasn't necessary to export each video during the process. I use Ziflow to review both dynamic and static content. It allows users to pinpoint edits with a relatively unlimited level of specificity. I find it is 'best in class' when it comes to reviewing and commenting on video.
with some outside firms, we use vimeo - that program has timestamped comments and general user-friendly interface. But it has some limitations - you can't highlight the screen, circle things. etc; the extreme details necessary to communicate virtually.

I guess the price is a dislike of mine - I understand the whole monthly subscription model of modern capitalism but that doesn' t make the monthly cost any less frustrating. I would love if they offered a one-time lifetime access cost. I would even consider the $500-700 range to be a fair exchange on for both parties Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful part of Ziflow is that it allows our creative team to review feedback all in one space. You can actually pin point, highlight, circle anything you want to be edited and get really specific if you want to. The upsides of using Ziflow are the fact that its user friendly, creatives love to use it for feedback, and it’s really easy to share creative we are working on with our clients!
