It is easy to keep up with the stats and info on the leads

Sometimes it crashes if it gets overloaded

**What do you like best about Zeus?**

The Zeus platform is very user-friendly and extremely easy to navigate. No one in our training class had any problems picking it up immediately. Everything we need is ready and available.

**What do you dislike about Zeus?**

The worst part of the system is the number of times it crashes on you. It's not a reliable system. The valuable space on the lower right-hand corner could be used to view more information. It would be great if you could view when the caller last called in without pulling up thier card.

**What problems is Zeus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to connect with the client, thus allowing us to complete the verification.
