**What do you like best about Zest?**

I like the interface, the design and the overall gamification/questionnaire format. I think it's super easy to use and it makes me trust my company more since they use this to make sure we as employees are feeling well.

**What do you dislike about Zest?**

In smaller teams, it can be hard to understand whether the anonymity settings work. For example, if I mark that I want to be anonymous but am in a team or three, it will probably be quite clear who wrote what to the manager. Especially if not everyone wants to be anonymous.

**What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make sure employees are happy with the workload, colleagues and tasks. Provides a safe space to share your experiences and opinions, which is extra important during uncertain times.
