**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

Zenoti has great marketing services built in and the customer service is incredible.  I switched from Booker a few years ago and had a few other CRMs prior to that.  Zenoti has better marketing, better customer support and is much easier to manage than previous software that we've used.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

One feature that I am dying for is a deep link to custom gift cards.  They've been doing great with deep links so I'm sure that this has to be on the horizon.  This is especially helpful during the holidays.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenoti incorporates my email marketing, lead gen and CRM.  I love the smart marketing feature that reaches out to customers based on previous services and also tried to fill slow days with pre set discounts.

I'm still very new to Zenoti, but Puru has helped me every step of the way. Migration can be difficult, but he was very patient with me and answered all my questions so I felt comfortable using the system.

I don't have any dislikes yet. It seems to be a great platform for my needs!

We switched from another bigger name platform because some of the key functionality was missing that Zenoti offers.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

The amount of data we are able to pull for each section of our business. A high level of customization. Our customer success manager has been extremely helpful. Rarely do we have issues with the system not working properly.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Sometimes the amount of data we are able to pull can complicate things. Ex: If we are looking for how much money we have brought in a month, there could be 5 different reports that all show different numbers and it is difficult to understand why they are so different.

All systems in one. No need for multiple software systems. Online booking for our clients. Reporting.

The integrations with other systems and the robust reporting make operations much easier and more efficient. The Product seems to be very user friendly so far. The support that we received during implementation was fantastic. The team was reachable and solved any issues quickly!

Zenoti is missing an element that we consider crucial to our industry. The ability to store medical history and medications in a patients profile in a way that allows these details to be auto-populated into the treatment forms. This is absolutely necessary for our providers when they are charting treatments.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

My support person Ijaz has been instrumental in getting our business off the ground! without his support our system would not be nearly as seamless.

Nothing - support is awful.  Glitchy all the time.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Just about everything.  The software does NOT do any AUTO SAVING which is common and expected these days.  On top of that - for example - you are building an email which is complex as hell - when you accidently hit a "menu button" like "reports" and it will take you there with NO PROMPT LIKE "ARE YOU SURE YOU WILL LOSE ALL UNSAVED DATA" ---   SOOO CRAPPY say no to this software

I appreciate the instant help from the chat box, or having many people I can reach out to for assistance. I get immediate responses and very clear insrtution to trouble shoot everything.

I have not found any issues yet that have caused me to dislike Zenoti.

Zenoti has solved many issues that I had with our previous POS system.
1. I can access Zenoti from anywhere to help even when I'm not at the Campus/salon
2.Students can see their appiontments a head of time
3.I can easily control what services and timr durations for each student provider
4.Training new employees is EASY! I can have them watch the trainng demos rather then train them myself!

The onboarding process was very organized and easy to follow.  The people were great to work with.  Ijaz Ahmed was an amazing help - he has a wealth of knowledge about the Zenoti system and knew every answer off the top of his head.  This would have been a painful process without his help.  He was incredible!  Very happy with him - he made it super easy to get migrated from our old system onto Zenoti.

It's a very robust (and sometimes complex) system, however Ijaz Ahmed made it easy to understand.  He was a huge help.

Ease of scheduling, finding client information, check out process, and the numerous reports.  When I have difficulty, customer support is very helpful.  My rep Vic, is always responsive and either helps me himself or connects me with someone else who can help.

There's so much Zenoti offers, I often get overwhelmed by it all!

Zenoti has the best onboarding team! Jesse and Swarupa they are absolutely hidden gems to the company, they helped me to migrate the data from blvd to Zenoti so smoothly! Also they did something beyond their scope of their work, very nice! I highly recommend you should sign up with Zenoti if you are in beauty industry!

Extremely hard and time-consuming to do the initial business set-up. I am an owner and singular employee and the sales team did not discuss the amount of time on my end that it would take to build. It was overwhelming multiple times. It was worth it in the end, but the difficulty and time commitment almost made me abort.

I love that it is an all-in-one platform and will allow me unlimited growth options.

Zenoti is a well rounded company with several technical advances, allowing our med spa to use this system with ease. Prahbu and Esther made out transition seamless. We are so thankful to have had such an amazing transition team.

This system is great! However, I have found that the mobile app is a little more challenging as far as lag time and ease of use.

Zenoti can be endlessly customized - hundreds of options to set up the system the way you'd like and that works for your practice. We had a great experience with Esther and Stephanie who were our onboarding team - could not have done it without their patience and support and deep knowledge of the system!

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

The endless customization is also not particularly intuitive - which is why it is so crucial to have the awesome onboarding support.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenoti helped us easily set up online scheduling, which makes appointments instantly available to those wanting to book. It integrated our marketing functions for easy future targeting and campaigns based on guest interest and previous visit history. It has complex and very detailed reports, which give us valuable business intelligence and meet our needs for financial reporting. It was very difficult (impossible) to find any other vendors that came close to having the same breadth and depth of reporting and financial functionality that matched our specific needs.

The ability to keep each center somewhat unique (services, products, etc.) - while being able to keep all info/reporting centralized in one platform. It is also such a user-friendly platform and the customer support is unmatched! They are quick to respond and always looking for solutions/ways to improve their platform.

There are some functionalities that we are unable to use with practices being so different from each other, but we are finding ways to incorporate these.

Our reporting was very inaccurate as a practices were using different platforms. Zenoti has helped us centralize all of this info for more accurate reports and ease of use.

Zenoti is very robust software and our businses was able to use as a one stop shop for our business needs.  Really appreciated the reporting capabilities as well as the built in marketing for emails and texts to our guests. Support team was very responsive and helped to quickly answer questions and provide resolutions.

Implementation was a bit intense, but that is to be expected considering the customization Zenoti allows for each business.

We used Zenoti for all aspects of running the business. Appointment scheduling, marketing, reporting, employee management, product and inventory management were all handled in zenoti.

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

A very powerful software with comprehensive features and is a true all-in-one product. Includes online appointment scheduling, billing, POS, reporting customer management, product sales, marketing, etc. and has a ton of different integrations you can pick from. Overall Zenoti is a great software. We had outstanding support and assistance provided by Esther and Rajat our implementation team throughout the integration process. They were extremely responsive and always available to us. Thus far we have experienced a reliable performance through out our daily usage with very few issues and are looking forward to the new e-prescription option in the near future!

Incredibly time-consuming during the initial set up if you want to integrate a large amount of the available features.

We wanted an all-in-one soultion for appointments, billing, POS, marketing, customer management, and reporting.

I appreciate the detailed reporting and decrease in ability to make human error with this system. I am still new and working through all the kinks, but I can see that this is exactly what we have been looking for. The customer support has been great as well, we were assigned the absolute best, Rajesh Putta and I would highly recomend him!

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

I do wish there was more local support or someone that can come in to train office on how to use the systme before implementation. A lot of that fell on me as the owner and I already have a very busy schedule, so that has been hard. I also suggest that you update your university videos as they are not always accurate.

Reporting and accurate product consumption.

Nothing. It has been an extremely difficult process, frustrating and disappointing

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

There is not a single feature that works the way described. They create "work arounds" each step of the way, which makes training and implementation a nightmare. It has literally been the worst experience since opening our med spa. Customer service is international and will take days, weeks, and MONTHS to resolve issues. Clunky, unnecessarily difficult, not user or pracitce friendly.

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenoti claimed to be able to manage our memberships, loyalty program, and store front. It's been 6 months  of trial and error- we look unprofessional and incompetent since switching to zenoti

**What do you like best about Zenoti?**

The implementation team is highly responsive and can assist you with any of your concerns with starting up! Purva and Esther from our implementation team were incredibly helpful in the startup of our Zenoti system. They outlined all our tasks and were able to accommodate any last-minute meeting requests and questions our team had. The system can be intimidating, but Zenoti offers a full University base with courses on different job areas and also offers live Q&A and training sessions every week. The interface also has a live chat and a smart bot to answer quick questions about the system. Although we had several questions for Zenoti, they were able to help with any hiccups along the way promptly. Zenoti is a huge step up from other booking software, with customization in anything from guest forms, to charting, and reports. The system allows you to run marketing within the platform and lets you customize email campaigns and text campaigns for your guests. The system is fairly straightforward to use for booking. The booking platform for guests is easy and stores all the information needed for clients.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Note that some of the integration team may be located in other time zones and response times can vary depending. Zenoti is fairly complex in comparison to other booking services, so there is a learning curve for the team to go over. Some integrations may be more complex due to all customizations. The integration process is quite lengthy and time-consuming, so it is essential to have a team ready to dedicate time to the Zenoti integration!

**What problems is Zenoti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Advanced charting capabilities. Allowing our nurses to chart quickly and efficiently without having to scan or hand write any charting or consent forms. 
- Ease of booking: no need for guests to go on a branded booking website and go through multiple clicks
- Communication: all-in-one platform allows for marketing to be done on Zenoti, text message marketing and email marketing
- Inventory control: ease of coordination with Shopify, updating in-store inventory as Shopify is updated.

We recently brought on Zenoti for our new venture into the MedSpa business. Immediately we knew we needed a EMR software that was compatible to allow for multiple users and multiple specialties (since we were trying to marry this with our existing plastic surgery practice). Jennifer Wall was initially in charge of the signup process, then for onboarding and the buildout we were assigned to work with Esther and Purva. They utilize a dashboard called Basecamp and assigned our office staff with daily/weekly to do's which helped keep everything in order and on a timeline. We have now been using the software for approximately 2 weeks and were still working out the kinks but can already tell how much more organized this will help us be in the office. Thank you ladies for the support and gentle pushes to get this done! We are so happy to have found a company that is so hands on and truly walks you through the process. Thank you all for your time and continued support!

We decided to switch over to Zenoti from a competing booking system. We kept running into limitations with our old system and had just had enough. We came to Zenoti with a laundry list of feature requests, and Zenoti was able to satisfy all of them. In our opinion, Zenoti is the most complete booking/CRM solution on the market, and it is incredible how many things you can do on the platform.

Furthermore, the platform is easy to use, and we are able to confidently run just about every aspect of our business inside the platform. I would recommend Zenoti to anyone who has a service-based business, especially anyone in the Med Spa industry.

Last but not certainly not least, it would not have been possible without the help of Jodie and Apoorva. We worked with Jodie so much on the initial implementation, and she was just so knowledgeable as well as a pleasure to work with!

Two thumbs up, 10 out of 10, 5 stars!!!

The onboarding process is extensive and thorough, which can be quite time-consuming and demanding. At first, it felt overwhelming and seemed like a significant investment of our time and resources. However, once we completed the process, I realized the value in this approach. The in-depth training and comprehensive setup ensured that we became experts in using the platform. 

So even though it was long it was certainly worth it!

There are so many features that you really need to be aware of what you need or want. They do a great job with your customer suppport through the CSM to make sure you are getting full use of your capabilities that you purchase. I like that they are responsive to my requests and the software changes often. My old scheduling suite had not changed anything in years.

Zenoti is on the high side of pricing but you get what you pay for. It is very capable and will grow with you. Also, I would like a few more protections for business owners as far as not showing your employees all the information about your business.  They ZMA and MyZen apps really push the boundaries of what I'm comfortable sharing in a super competitve business field.

Zenoti stands out as a very feature-rich platform and was the ideal choice for our plastic surgery and medical spa practice. It offers a great blend of modern features seen at spas and traditional EMR functionality. Esther, Cami, Rajat, and Atul were truly exceptional in assisting us with the setup of Zenoti. Their responsiveness and assistance at every stage of the process were invaluable. Additionally, their flexibility in scheduling virtual meetings outside of regular business hours was greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

It currently lacks electronic prescription submission capability, but I've been informed that this feature is being developed. Given the extensive range of features, setting up Zenoti requires considerable time and effort. Fortunately, our implementation team guided us through the transition from our previous EMR and scheduling system.

We also really are excited about the reports that we are able to run to make sure that our business is running at its optimal capacity. We are still getting familiar with Zenoti but so far all of the functionality far surpasses our previous software. We were able to discontinue multiple software programs by switching to Zenoti, which will make our business much more efficient. The built in marketing functionality will no doubt help us to grow our business.

The customer support we have received from Ijaz has been over and above any other company we have worked with. He has been instrumental in helping us get Zenoti set-up and functional. He responds very quickly and  address every issue in a very timely manner. We would have been lost without his exceptional support and I hope he is recognized for his incredible service.

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

Zenoti has so many features that the learning curve is quite steep. The University modules don't cover eveything we need so we are learning by trial and error (and with the help of Ijaz). It has been a big change for us to switch to Zenoti but we are learning more each day and I have no doubts that we will be experts by this time next year!

The charting functionality could be improved so that a standard aesthetic chart is automatically available rather than having to create a treatment form for every treatment. This is quite cumbersome.

Zenoti has helped us to reduce our software programs from 5 down to 1. We were using different programs for:marketing, gift cards, payment, EMR, online booking.

Zenoti is an excellent software with the best features we have seen across all software options for Medical Aesthetics clinics. It is user friendly and quick to pick up for clinic employees. The integration process is fairly involved, but we had an excellent team that put in extremely high effort to assist us leading up to integration and for the Go Live of the system. They provided us with round the clock support and ensured our system was set up correctly during the first week using Zenoti.

Our Zenoti team for implementation was particularly spectacular during the prep / go live process. We worked with Colter and Janae and their ICs which included: Shareef, Shephali, Aravind, and Harish. We have done this implementation across 5 brands and continue working with this team!

**What do you dislike about Zenoti?**

While the integration process is very smooth, the trickiest part has been after the Go Live period. There is a significant decrease in the amount of support you have while your team(s) are still learning the software.

It has allowed us to bring multiple clinics from paper to electronic notes through Zenoti. The marketing and reporting capabilities have allowed us to track KPIs and effectively manage the businesses we work with.

The tracking behind everything is amazing. The implemtation took a little while but the cutomer support that we had from our implemantation team was phenomenal. We're still working out the kinks, but have been going strong since our go live date.

There was a learning curve with Zenoti. The training was great, but the best way we found to really learn the system was by using it.

Zenoti is solving our tracking of products, inventory, consumables, all of it. The reports are great, as there is a report for everything. We are still in the implementation process of inventory, but we're so excited to fully use the system to it's max capability.
