## Xurrent IMR Reviews
  ### 1. Xurrent IMR: Seamless Integration and Responsive Alerts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dutta S. | Technical Product Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

I think Xurrent IMR is great because it offers a free trial and almost 170 integrations, which provide fantastic flexibility. The customer support team is also very helpful and always available for assistance whenever I need it. I value the product's ability to send instant alerts when a new customer support request is assigned to me, which helps me maintain a quick initial response time. The generic integration allows me to integrate with any application, and I like the workflows that help automate regular tasks and reduce manual effort. I also appreciate the alert rules feature, where I can define as many conditions as I want on incoming payloads. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the super helpful YouTube videos and documents.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

N/A

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Xurrent IMR for customer support, receiving instant alerts on new requests, which helps in maintaining a quick initial response time. It integrates with any application, automates tasks, and lets me define detailed alert rules, reducing manual effort.

  ### 2. A Streamlined Incident Management - Monitor, Alert, Resolve, All-in-One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amrutha K. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

What I like best about Zenduty is its analytics-driven insights. By analyzing incidents, we can track trends - such as which days, services, or shifts experienced more issues, identify what went wrong, and determine areas that need improvement. This helps us focus on services that require more attention and proactively reduce incident recurrence

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

One area that could be improved is the search functionality - when backtracking incidents, results can sometimes mix multiple incidents, making it slightly harder to quickly pinpoint a specific incident by keyword or ID. Otherwise, the platform is very effective for incident management and analytics.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty helps solve the problem of missed or delayed incident management through proper escalation and tracking. By involving our engineering teams in Zenduty, product-related issues are proactively assigned to the right squad, prompting timely action. This ensures incidents are handled efficiently, reducing customer impact and improving overall service reliability.

  ### 3. Flawless Alerting and Outstanding Support with Zenduty

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kush S. | Customer Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Our use case with Zenduty was to monitor alerts, receive calls, and trigger alarms for system failures. Zenduty performs this very well without any misses. Their accurate alerting mechanism is excellent, and they have a well-configured escalation policy system. Additionally, their customer support team is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Nothing as such, so far so good.
Thanks for delivering such an amazing app

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is solving a significant problem by alerting us about system failures through app notifications, email notifications, calls, and SMS alerts

  ### 4. Navigating the oncall hell

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satyabrat S. | SDE 2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Previously, our on-call management was cumbersome, relying on a patchwork of call and email integrations that were only accessible via a secured VPN. This made our alerting process difficult to manage and significantly hindered accessibility.

With Zenduty, the ability to access the platform across multiple devices and the public internet has greatly streamlined our on-call workflow.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

For future improvements, we would like to see Zenduty leverage machine learning to learn from on-call engineer behavior. This could enable the platform to:

- Automatically categorize alerts based on historical patterns.
- Auto-acknowledge alerts that are frequently not acted upon immediately, reducing noise.
- Propose improvements, such as automatically suggesting a lower severity level for alerts that are consistently acknowledged but do not lead to any further action.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is solving the following problems:

Problem: The previous on-call management system relied on managing multiple, separate call and email integrations.

Problem: The on-call platform was only accessible via a secured VPN, making it difficult to access remotely or on different devices.

These solutions are benefiting us by:

Simplifying On-Call Management: By consolidating alerts and integrations into a single platform, it eliminates the complexity of managing a fragmented system.

Improving Accessibility: The ability to access Zenduty via the public internet and across multiple platforms (mobile, web) has made life much easier for on-call engineers, allowing them to respond to incidents from anywhere.

  ### 5. Easy Setup and Integration, Free Version Has Call/SMS Limit

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

  ### 6. A Game-Changer for Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed Shihab A. | Software development engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty has been an absolute game-changer for our team. The platform's overall performance is incredibly smooth, and it has made managing our on-call rotations and incident response so much easier. The user interface is well-designed and intuitive, which makes getting started a breeze. It’s an awesome tool that has significantly improved our workflow and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

While the core features are fantastic, I think the platform could benefit from more robust integrations with some of the less common third-party tools we use.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is solving the problem of chaotic and inefficient on-call management and incident response. It has streamlined our entire process, ensuring that the right people are notified at the right time. This has led to faster resolution of issues and a significant reduction in stress for our team, allowing us to focus on our core responsibilities.

  ### 7. Easy to implement into existing workflows.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

The support was super useful with generally under 5 minute response times. There is lots of documentation to help me implement automatic incidents. The UI is simple and generally easy to navigate around and its something where you can just configure once and then only need to access again when an incident occurs.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Schedules are confusing to implement, especially with staff in different countries (had to make a schedule per country). For example setting a 9-5 schedule requires both setting shift length and restricting the layer to specific times of the day. Additionally don't like how some features are restricted to higher tired plans.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-call routing and incident response

  ### 8. An Organization that keeps pushing the boundaries 😊

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankan J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

The inclusion of AI backed initiatives have definitely added a ZING to the already stellar services being offered by Zen Duty. So looking forward to all that's coming up!

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

They are doing great at the moment but it would be nice to have regular connects (bi-monthly/quarterly at least) for the User groups to get clear feedback and insights from both sides 😊

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company, [24]7.ai is one of the regular users of Zenduty.. Infact, we renewed our contract for this year, as early as, a few weeks back.. With a company size of over 5k+, it definitely provides a great platform for us to track all the various incidents encountered, in one place for effective tracking, management and resolution so would give a definitive thumbs-up to Zenduty!! All the best!

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for the positive feedback, Ankan! We're glad to hear that Zenduty is helping your company effectively track and manage incidents. We appreciate your suggestion for more frequent updates and will definitely take it into consideration.

  ### 9. Reliable and Efficient Incident Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesmi P. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

The user-friendly ; they seamlessly integrate into our current workflow without adding complication. The escalation mechanisms provide assurance that events are always handled quickly, and the real-time notifications guarantee that no important alarm is missed.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

When compared to the web version, the UI occasionally feels a little constrained, even if it functions well for receiving alerts.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If the same issue triggers multiple alerts from different monitoring tools, Zenduty groups them into a single incident instead of spamming you with multiple notifications. Alerts are sent only to the right on-call person or team based on severity, service ownership, or escalation policy, instead of blasting everyone.

  ### 10. Zenduty Review the Best Alerting System

Till Now I have not find any feature which is not needed or is waste in us but they can implement Chatbot video or voice feature which will help user to better understand for that feature.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like we have Cloud Infrastructure for the Various Clients with different Cloud Platform like GCP, AWS and Azure so their alerts need to be get notified when any alert occur in the infrastructure and We found Zenduty the best solution for this So yes Zenduty helps us a lot to escalate our alerts.
