**What do you like best about ZapMeetz?**

What I like most about ZapMeetz is the speed. When someone is already on your site and interested, you can talk to them immediately instead of pushing them to a calendar and losing momentum. Setup was straightforward and it fits nicely into our existing flow without replacing anything. It’s been especially useful for cutting down no-shows and making better use of time between meetings. Overall, it’s a great addition to schedulers like Calendly.

**What do you dislike about ZapMeetz?**

At first it takes a small mindset shift because you’re not relying purely on scheduled calls anymore. You need to get used to handling more spontaneous conversations, but once you adapt, it makes a lot of sense.

**What problems is ZapMeetz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, a lot of leads would cool off while waiting for a scheduled call or simply not show up. Now we can speak to people right when they’re ready, which has led to better conversations, higher-quality meetings, and less wasted time chasing leads. It’s helped us make better use of inbound traffic without increasing ad spend or headcount.
