**What do you like best about Yay Cloud PBX?**

The call quality is excellent. The service is easy to manage via the web interface and it offers the features I need at a good price.

The service is easy to setup. I've not had much need to contact support, but when I have, the support has be good.

**What do you dislike about Yay Cloud PBX?**

There isn't really anything I dislike about the service.

**What problems is Yay Cloud PBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a perfect replacement for an old BT phone line. It's also much cheaper than these fixed options.
