To design, just with a few clicks with designed templates, X-Sign can help the users to create professional content. To manage, the cloud-based system makes the user stay in the office to schedule the content and control the displays remotely. X-Sign also provides the Open API to connect customers' system efficiently & wisely.

**What do you like best about X-Sign?**

1. Remotely create, schedule the content, control and monitor the devices.
2.Only needs 5 mins from creating to showing the content
3. As easy to create the interactive content as creating the PowerPoint files
4. Content can be realtime changed

**What do you dislike about X-Sign?**

1. The payment is hidden in the place very deep and hard to find it.
2. Only support Android, Windows, iOS and MAC. FireOS, Chrome OS & Linux could be good to support.
3. The cloud storage space is only 250 GB
4. Only standalone mode is free
5. How to video is only available on Youtube but not on Venmo

**Recommendations to others considering X-Sign:**

X-Sign may not be the best software in this category. 
But it could be the best fit for your needs if you are looking for a reliable and easy to use signage software at an affordable price.

**What problems is X-Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. It's really difficult to manage a lot of content and the displays in different locations.
X-Sign, a cloud-based solution can help us to achieve this in the office just with a few clicks.
2. To create interactive content is usually time-consuming. 
X-Sign provides interactive templates with just a few clicks to have professionally designed content.
3. Always have a fear that what if the content can't play correctly in the display and I'm not in the office.
X-Sign will send the warning message to my email if the content doesn't follow the schedule. 
X-Sign also provides Error proofing mechanism, if the internet is lost or content is not downloaded completely.
