The sign up UX is painful, I often had to refresh the page for it to load correctly, otherwise it just showed a loading spinner.
After first submitting documentation, I was told in an automated email I still needed to submit documents which I already had submitted.
When I clicked the continue button in that email and signed in, the website showed me a different set of documents were required, which was utterly confusing.
When I tried to clarify with their support team, they sent me a copy/paste of requirements, half of which I had already submitted.
They kept telling me to supply a 'valid website', which didn't make sense as I sent them a link to my company website, which is very valid.
I then had to ask for clarification around which exact documents they needed (they had some and/or doc requirements), and why my website was invalid.
They came back a couple of days later, and I was told I still need an 'Operating Agreement', which I've never needed before, nor did I have drawn up.
Terrible onboarding for new customers.
I have signed up my business with multiple crypto companies requiring KYC and never had a signup process as confusing as this.
A week had now passed after first contacting them, and by this point I had already found and signed up with another solution in 2 business days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
