It's extremely fast turnaround and has very tightly targeted ICPs so I can feel confident that I'm going straight to the source. While the UX/UI is a little rudimentary, it's easy to review answers from survey respondents, and now they are even testing out a new feature where the takeaways are automatically generated in a deck. Compared to competitors, it's much less expensive, so this "no frills" UX is just fine with me. Additionally, any time I've run into a problem, the team is always extremely responsive by the Chatbot or email. I don't use any integrations due to the size/complexity of my company's IT setup, but that would be nice to explore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
