Wrangle is an automated recruiting surface built to source candidates from warm and cold networks, automatically review talent, take feedback, and revise searches with added context. We've also built talent management, email enrichment, and outreach systems (over email and LinkedIn) that save time down the stack. Our sourcing ranks first on PeopleSearchBench and Exa's people-search benchmark. We developed Wrangle with efficient collaboration in mind, with features such as organization-wide deduplication of candidates, stakeholder review of lists (without an account), team-wide analytics, and shared workspaces. Our collaborative features (comprehensive deduplication and collaboration on roles and reqs), search accuracy, API + MCP, in-network search for warm outreach, and automated Linkedin sequencing are key differentiators from others in the space.

Having used the platform for recruiting, this reviewer finds it significantly speeds up sourcing and closing new hires. The fast release of new features can lead to a lack of notifications, making it harder to keep up with updates.

"Autonomous Recruiting Agents That Fill Roles Fast"

What do you like best about Wrangle?

I love the UI. The agents are the most advanced I’ve seen—they source, research, run outreach, and go into my ATS, all from natural language prompts. They help me find difficult talent, run outreach across multiple channels, and do my recruiting work in the background. For a role we needed to fill within a month, I gave the agents the role brief and told them to book screening calls, and they scheduled me multiple calls a day. I didn’t even need to do anything.
