We work with dozens of local contracting firms, running non‑stop lumber and hardware material deliveries for residential and commercial build jobs. Before we had this platform, coordinating our warehouse staff and field sales crews meant sending endless separate text messages, emails, and scattered spreadsheet notes. Now I can create individual tasks, tag them directly to a specific contractor build project, paste in delivery site instructions, material requirements, and firm due dates all inside one single task entry. When we have a bulk lumber drop‑off scheduled for a home‑builder client, I attach the job‑site address, special unloading notes, and the contractor’s direct phone number before assigning the task out to our field crew.
