**What do you like best about WorkSpark?**

I like that Duncan has kept us involved and taken our feedback and actively made improved changes. I still feel like there is a lot of work to do done. A lot of people struggle with the UX and navigation. I do like the AI integration and feedback but a lot more can be done there. I also would like to see more AI analysis on skills , performance tracking, performance over time, how that relates to salary and increases, etc

**What do you dislike about WorkSpark?**

I mentioned it before but the UX and navigation isnt great

**What problems is WorkSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think performance reviews are incredibly important but the challenge is getting people to do them, and getting them to do it well. It always feels like a hack and a big waste of time so we need to maybe introduce prompts or easier ways for people to track accomplishments over time, maybe integrating with asana or jira, etc.
