I've reached out to her to help me through the process and she clearly explains everything to me and helps me navigate the platform when I have contracts I need to execute quickly. Her support in hiring independent contractors has greatly supported my ability to do my job and hire some of the best in class talent. I am grateful for her customer support. **What do you dislike about Worksome?** Sometimes the platform can be complicated to work through but with the right customer support its easy enough to navigate. **What problems is Worksome solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping me hire some of the best in class creative talent. ### 2. I especially liked 2 features of worksomes. One is creating bills for the job provider and also the making yourself available for the market. **What do you dislike about Worksome?** Nothing. Everything was an awesome experience. It especially helped me when I was struggling for work, so I am always grateful. **What problems is Worksome solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raising the bills with the job provider and then getting paid was really smooth. The notifications were really useful, unlike other platforms where there are many unnecessary notifications are sent and one tends to ignore the important ones. That was not the case with me. ### 3. Everything is made inside their platform. Payout was also fast and customer support was easy to reach. **What do you dislike about Worksome?** Onboarding about how to configurre your account at first could be better in terms of user experience/User journey (a clear path is needed), even if the customer support helps youthrough the process. **What problems is Worksome solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a contractor it helped me to work with international companies which needed HR and Payout compliance. The process can be hard (almost a deal breaker) if the compliance is treated just between the HR and the contractor. Worksome solves this problem. ### 4.
