I use Worksome as a freelancer mainly to request payments from clients on a per-project basis. I’ve been using it for around 2–3 years. The interface looks modern, and requesting payment is mostly straightforward, usually just clicking through the required steps. It works reliably for international setups, and I’ve received all my payments without issues. I’m based in Indonesia, and my clients are in the US and Singapore, and payments in USD have been consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside for me is usability. While the system works, the workflow can feel confusing at times, especially knowing which buttons to click and in what order when requesting payment. It’s not broken, but it’s a bit cumbersome. I previously worked with Plunet, which felt easier to use, even though it looked less modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2-3 years and payments across Indonesia, US, and Singapore with zero issues. That's exactly the kind of cross-border complexity Worksome is built for. Compliance and payments handled across 150+ countries so neither side has to figure out the logistics.
The workflow usability point is fair. Looking modern is nice, but it needs to feel intuitive too. We're actively simplifying the payment request flow. Appreciate the honesty, it helps us prioritize.
Thanks Mulyadi.
