On top of this, Worksome Intelligence surfaces spend, risk, and workforce insights, and the platform's open API and integrations connect it to the HRIS, VMS, ERP, and procurement systems companies already run. More than 350 enterprises, including Publicis Groupe, Carlsberg, and Novo Nordisk, use Worksome to manage and pay their external talent. At its core a Freelance Management System (FMS), Worksome also offers Agent of Record (AOR) and Employer of Record (EOR) services, so companies can run their external workforce and employees side by side, scaling a flexible workforce with confidence and without the administrative burden that usually comes with it.
