**What do you like best about Worksmith Workforce?**

I really enjoy Progress Retail for its training aspect, which is a big deal for us. They create the training for us, and I appreciate that a lot. Another thing I like is their great AI capabilities, which allow us to do a one-stop shop question, and it reads through all the video footage, training, and files stored in Progress Retail to give us the best answer. I also value having a close relationship with Ray, who is always available and helps us use the platform more effectively so we can work smarter. Additionally, I find it valuable that we can give very linear or specific slides or notes, and Progress Retail can generate a learning library or program for the fleet. It's amazing how it makes the information digestible. Lastly, I like being able to get a pulse of the completion rate, which helps us with accountability and visibility into what's happening out there.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith Workforce?**

I think right now, it's not an actual app like on the phone. It's a website, still a web-based app. I have to go to a web browser or tap the icon, but it's still the websites. If it was an application, I think that would be the next step.

As a result, it’s become much easier to manage an ever-changing retail environment, with noticeable improvements in efficiency, alignment, and clarity across teams. The platform is intuitive and makes it straightforward to onboard the wider retail team, which supports quick adoption. Throughout the development and onboarding process, Ray and the Progress Retail team provided exceptional end-to-end support that was consistently reliable and highly professional.

There are no aspects of the platform that stand out as areas of concern or dissatisfaction. Progress Retail consistently meets expectations across functionality, usability, and support.

**What problems is Worksmith Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Progress Retail has delivered clear, measurable benefits in my role by significantly improving efficiency, visibility, and execution across stores. The task functionality, in particular, has been a major time saver: it allows me to create tailored tasks for individual stores, retrieve responses more easily, and follow up far more effectively. Response rates have increased noticeably, and store time management has improved thanks to the ability to clearly visualise tasks and timelines within each account. More broadly, the platform has become a central hub for operational activity, and communication helping drive stronger alignment and consistency across the retail network.

**What do you like best about Worksmith Workforce?**

The implementation of Progress Retail has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for our retail business. From the outset, Ray and the wider team have been exceptionally supportive, professional, and efficient, making the entire process feel seamless and well-structured.

While we are still in the early stages of introducing the platform, we have already observed a notable increase in team engagement.  Both our in store and head office teams, find it user friendly, visual and also seamless. The AI function has been the biggest hit with our in store teams. 

We have already noticed a decline in back and forth questions from our retail teams and also a visibility across communications which is invaluable. 

We are truly excited about the potential of the platform and look forward to seeing this engagement continue to grow as we further onboard and embed Progress Retail into our day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith Workforce?**

As already discussed with Ray, our biggest opportunity for the platform, would be able to offer Facility Management or form section for our retail teams to register needs with relevant head office departments.  This is already in the roadmap of works.

**What problems is Worksmith Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our retail teams, the platform is providing clarity and efficiency whilst taking the guess work out of their day to day. 

At a head office and leadership point of view, the platform allows us to set a framework for completion, excellence and accountability.  Also being able to report and track completion rates, and communication.

I really like that Progress Retail helps us stay organized and up to date in a rapidly growing company. The trainings are broken down into bite-sized courses, and resources are easy to find, which makes us more effective and efficient in our jobs. The task management features are well-organized with different views. It works on all devices and has proven to be very reliable. The initial setup was very easy, and the team at Progress Retail was an absolute asset in making the process smooth.

Nothing really - I would personally like to see it used more - possibly for communications to all employees.

Progress Retail helps streamline training across all locations by keeping everything organized in one place and making it easy to track who has completed required training. On top of that, Ray and his team are incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we have questions, which makes rollout and ongoing use very easy.

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike about iProgress Retail. If I had to name one thing, it would just be that I wish there were a dedicated app, as that would make access even easier.

Progress Retail solves the challenge of inconsistent training by giving us one centralized system to assign, track, and verify employee training. It also improves accountability and visibility, so we always know who is trained, what’s completed, and where follow up is needed.

Progress Retail helps streamline SOP's. It also creates a very organized hub all our necessary documents to live and is accessible. In addition, super user friendly for our teams. Lastly, it caters to all types of tech users.

Nothing! It is a great platform and has really complimented our business.

Information storage - condenses and organizes all training resources. User capabilities - the platform can be easily accessed and is very easy to maneuver. The AI capability unlocks the ability for questions to be answered more immediate and/or things to be found throughout the dashboard.

○ While it's simple and intuitive for front end users, there is a lot of customization available that can make the administrative view a little overwhelming during the first few weeks as you learn how to navigate it.

Our previous LMS was sunsetting, so that was the original need that prompted our partnership with Progress Retail. Through the transition, we haven't lost any momentum and have actually been seeing a boost in engagement. Now that we are through the initial transition, we are moving to the beginning stages of fully leveraging their task management and communications tools as well.

Ray and the entire Progress Retail team have been truly outstanding partners. From the very beginning, their responsiveness has been remarkable, making us feel valued and supported at every step. As I write this, there is nothing that I dislike about the company or platform. Any concerns that I have shared have been addressed quickly and collaboratively.

There system is well thought out and very intuative. They followup extremely quickly and we have yet to find any thing that they have not been able to fix or explain well. The system is easy to impliment and they do most of the heavy lifting of getting the process going and importing all the stuff into the platform. Customer support is beyond normal levels

No much that we have found. Obviously there is a cost commitment, but then there is also a leadership commitment that comes with implimenting a robust traininig platform.

We needed a robust training platform that we could use to engage all our staff and make sure we are all playing from the same playbook. This has helped us focus our resources into developing real training that is engaging and with the quizes etc make sure our associates are all really getting the same message

Progress Retail is simple to use and fairly straight forward. It has many of the necessary functions that are needed for standard retail use. Integration was very easy, especially with the CEO Ray. Level of support has been great.

**What do you like best about Worksmith Workforce?**

The platform is highly customizable and easy enough to manage. The breakdown of sections into small increments definitely helps with retention and progressive completion. The user analytics is very useful for keeping your team on track and seeing who is actively participating and making progress. There are great customer service modules which help set your team up for success with selling and knowing how to engage properly. The animations and visual graphics are a great tool for breaking down the core concepts and retaining knowledge. Overall, there are a lot of useful general retail training components that are best applied to newer sales associates or those without any prior experience. The materials are presented in a clear, appropriate and orderly fashion, and the platform is easy to navigate. You can create custom modules and materials with the assistance of the progress team which is helpful with tailoring your training to your businesses specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith Workforce?**

Some employees have a hard time taking Terry seriously, the persona doesn’t resonate with everyone. Many of the customer service modules operate based on a "perfect scenario" basis and do not address how to manage overtly difficult situations or customers. The reality of how customers actually interact is missing and renders the roleplays more "fantasy" than anything. There were a few sections which focus on attitude and positivity that do not address mental health and instead push a sort of "just get over it and decide to be happy" attitude which can be seriously insensitive and unrealistic. Overall, we found the platform to be most useful for newer employees with very little or no retail experience, and less useful for those who have been in the industry for a long time. We also work in a very specific sector of retail which requires more scientific and product specific knowledge that is not readily available on this platform as it focuses on general retail. While there is the ability to create custom modules suited to our business, we found that there are other platforms which are specifically built around our industry and hold more materials to that effect - which lessens the work on our end.

Teaching associates how best to engage with potential customers and interact in a way that will result in a sucessful sale.

**What do you like best about Worksmith Workforce?**

Progress helped solve our challenge with our Head Office Team communicating with our 4 locations. Additionally they helped us create a great and effcient way to share our story with new hires and continue to elevate our teams through continuous accounable training programs.

**What do you dislike about Worksmith Workforce?**

Honestly, we do not have anything. Any feedback we gave The Progress Team, they were able to help find a solution for or develop a way for our thoughts to be incorporated into the overall platform.

**What problems is Worksmith Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Head Office team was communicating with stores through several modes of communication (Text, Teams, Email, Phone Calls). Each location would get slightly different direction, and get information at times of the day which may not be ideal. Store teams had tasks incomplete, unclear of what was expected. They had tasks bunched at certain times of day or days of the week, which is not ideal for customer experience, as all staff were tasking. Using their Connect & Task Functions, communication was streamlined, and all stores received the same information at the same time. Head Office employees could also manage the workload better for stores and not stack tasks on the same day. Store teams were able to be held accountable to what was expected.

Progress also supported us with a consistant trainign program for onboaring our new staff and teaching them the customer service skills they need to success (C.A.R.E). It was great to rally teams to go through the program together and elevate our service in all doors.

They catered to our specific needs and the platform itself has invaluable information. The timeliness for questions and attention to detail we well above my expectations. Ray and Megan are extremely helpful folks.

The length of some of the training videos are pretty long, but I do realize that this is an ongoing process. I found that some of my employees got distracted, but that was fixed by showing them how to use the platform as opposed to trying to complete everything at once.

Customer service, employee training, interaction with customers and other employees, task management & accountability, updated training materials, customized training material.

The platform is easy to navigate. Their staff is attentive, responsive and adaptable. They are detail-oriented, easy to get along with and consistently going above and beyond to create the best experience I could ask for our staff. They make roll out/launch easy with step by step directions and a timeline that lays out the expectations. They already have a great platform, but are still working on adding more content and honing in on areas where training is needed.

I've been completely satisfied with Progress at this point. No platform is perfect, but they are willing to add things when its requested. A lot of the things I'd like to see added, they are already working on. No complaints at all!

There were a few questions on the quiz that didn't pertain to our state because of legal differences from one state to another. I took a screenshot of the issue, got an immediate response and resolution every time I've reached out.

Progress Retail increased our store's (6) sales numbers, specifically helping to engage customers, create customer retention, and increase ATV. There has also been less turnover with our staff. They are enjoying the workplace more because they are better equipped on the sales floor, and also with the new interpersonal skills they have gained when interacting with one another.

It takes a reasonable amount of dedication to get the program properly going. You and your managers must be actively on board with implementation and this can be a challenge. But as with anything, if you want something worth its weight, it takes effort to make it happen.

Progress Retail is largely solving the many problems faced when introducing relatively young and inexperienced staff to a retail space. By equipping staff with new workable tools, they are finding their jobs more smooth, and ownership is realizing increased margin on sales.

I've been very impressed by the level of support and follow-through from Progress Retail's team. Their process of bringing our vision to life has been clear and consistent. 

Housing task management in a learning platform is excellent for keeping our employees engaged with both in one place.

There is a lot of potential for Progress Retail to help simplify our internal processes once there is further expansion of their communication capabilities.

They offer a much-needed service at a level not available. The training for our Bud Tenders is precious for all compliance, HR on-boarding but the real deal is the Sales training on "How To." Trackable for accountability is huge in this world! Also allows analytics to evaluate and evolve the training.

This is not passive and your team will  need a dedicated leader to implement, develop training and manage.

It's not dislikeing this app it's a suggestion for developers sometime be face latency when we update pricing or update inventory in stock and out stock and also quite ask for updation so please fix this

Nothing to dislike- only constructive feedback is the overall look and feel of the platform some sections look like they need a bit more work, but otherwise this is an excellent tool.
