Is Learn:Up free, or does it offer a free trial?

Who is Learn:Up pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, WorkRamp's pricing is best suited for mid-market companies in the 51 to 1,000 employee range, particularly in technology, computer software, and information technology and services sectors. These segments dominate the G2 reviewer base and consistently report strong value for onboarding, sales enablement, and customer training use cases. G2 reviewers from enterprise organizations also find WorkRamp viable for large-scale multi-audience training, though some note it falls short for complex compliance automation. Small businesses appear in G2 reviews as well, primarily using WorkRamp for customer education and lean L&D teams where ease of use and implementation support offset the custom pricing model.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Learn:Up?

WorkRamp does not offer a free version or publicly listed pricing tiers, operating instead on a custom-quote model for enterprise needs, as reflected in G2's pricing data for WorkRamp. G2 reviewers do not reference a free trial. WorkRamp's paid plans encompass distinct clouds, including an Employee Learning Cloud and a Customer Learning Cloud, which are sold separately and noted by G2 reviewers as lacking full feature parity. Add-ons like WorkRamp Academies for partner and customer training require an upgrade, as confirmed by multiple G2 users who expanded their contracts after initial deployment to unlock external training capabilities.

Is Learn:Up considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of WorkRamp's pricing are largely positive, with the platform averaging 4.5 out of 5 stars across a broad reviewer base. Multiple G2 users explicitly call WorkRamp reasonably priced and cost-effective, with one mid-market reviewer in marketing citing it as reasonably priced and another in financial services describing it as a relatively low cost solution. However, a few G2 reviewers flag concerns: one notes WorkRamp is expensive compared to tools like SharePoint, and another flags that per-seat pricing for ongoing education can get costly. The pricing model is also noted as less flexible than competitors, charging on total user count rather than monthly active users.

"WorkRamp Makes Onboarding Simple with an Intuitive, Well-Organized Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about Learn:Up?

I truly appreciate how simple and intuitive WorkRamp is to use. It's incredibly simple to keep track of everything thanks to the distinct tabs for completed courses, in-progress courses, and displaying badges that I've earned as part of my course. The simple dashboard interface is really appealing, and I recall how the course material was all well-organised throughout my onboarding days, which made the entire process much simpler. I also value how it keeps me informed about the weekly releases of new features in my company, particularly prior to client conversations. I adore utilising WorkRamp. What do you dislike about Learn:Up?

I would say that it can be challenging at times to measure the total outcome of the courses I've taken and turn it into an analytical format. Thus, I would claim that data visibility is restricted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
