My experience is not good. The prices are slightly higher compared to workspaces the quality of service more than makes up for it. There was a conflict with a conference room booking they promptly resolved it. The apps interface is slightly complex compared to the web app. **What do you dislike about Workero?** However even the web app itself occasionally have some bugs like delays in generating booking IDs or reaching the clients app. While Workero provides spaces for meetings and team collaboration it lacks diversity in its offerings. The limited options may not cater to all businesses specific needs and preferences. **What problems is Workero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Affordability is emphasized the pricing details are not transparent enough to assess its cost effectiveness. There is no flexibility, in finding and booking workspaces. Finding the office space and managing long term leases used to be a worry, for us. By using this progress of my business has decreased. ### 2. I'm not impressed by the sense of community at Workero as I've had no opportunity to meet and connect with professionals. **What do you dislike about Workero?** The process of booking workspaces is not hassle free. It has made my work life hectic. There is a limited range of spaces that does not cater to all my requirements. Workero has disturbed my work routine. **What problems is Workero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Make it difficult to find and book workspaces. There are options in terms of locations and amenities provided which somewhat restricts users choices. The rental rates for workspaces tend to be on the side making it a pricey option for individuals or small businesses. ### 3. The single mobile application, which can be downloadable from the app store/play store, has various features like a personalized dashboard for instant bookings, parking allotments for our vehicles, etc. **What do you dislike about Workero?** One thing that Workero must need look at is their prices. Even though this software is multi-national, the pricing is too high compared to other workspaces in the country. **What problems is Workero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nowadays, the hybrid model working is the trend, which brings multiple challenges when renting a whole floor to run a software company for 8 to 10 days a month. They are the best workplace providers on the market. The personalized dashboard makes our bookings much easier when compared to other Workplace providers. **What do you dislike about Workero?** We haven't faced many issues with Workero. But one fine day, a rare incident happened: two of our teams booked the same conference room for very important meeting and later raised a ticket to resolve it. I suggest Workero to work on it and make it 100% bug free. **What problems is Workero solving and how is that benefiting you?** For a small business, it is really hard to rent a whole building, pay electricity and maintenance bills. But with Workero, we can book workplaces at affordable prices with all the amenities. ### 5. Overall our experience is so good. More specifically, if they can work around their application to make it more user-friendly would help a lot. **What problems is Workero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever you need space for business meetings, you no longer need to visit expensive coffee shops with lots of noise or multicuisine 5-star restaurants. One thing they can improve is its locations, if they can put broden the locations of the offices it will be very helpful for people who are working in hybrid work mode. **What problems is Workero solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's always challenging to work from home.
