**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

The ese that it allows me and my fellow teammates on board new staff members. Wonderway  allows me to place in an easy way all that I need as part of an onboarding process. The UI/UX is great and works well for both sides.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Milestones aren't alway best. I feel like the recording functions of some tasks wasn't always great. Also, the notification function isn't always working in a pace I would like it.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Using Wonderway for learning has been great becuase it has such a friendly user interface and it's simple to take the quizes your manager creates. Other interfaces look scary or old but this one is clean and colorful. It even congratulates you when you pass quizes!

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

I haven't seen a disadvantage coming from the user side. There might be other limitations from the admin side, but I've never heard one of my managers complain yet!

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wonderway has allowed my coworkers to teach and quiz me on new software I've been learning. This is a great way to gauge my learning to see where I am doing well and where I could improve or revisit information.

It is really easy to use

The variations of questionings via Wonderway is nice and gives us the opportunity to gives new employees the chance to develop themselves in a better way

The custum lay-out can not be changed into the colours of the company's work. This way it is a little bit less professional but it doesn't bother the new employees so far

I recently had the pleasure of using Wonderway's app for onboarding and I must say, it was an amazing experience! From the ease of setting up my account to the intuitive user interface, everything was designed to make the process as quick and painless as possible. I was able to quickly and easily complete my onboarding forms and submit my documents without any hassle. The step-by-step guidance made it even easier to understand what I needed to do. The customer service was also great, with friendly and knowledgeable agents who were able to answer my questions quickly and provide helpful tips. Overall, I am very impressed with Wonderway's app for onboarding and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and efficient way to get started.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

I have been using Wonderway for my onboarding process and I couldn't have asked for a better tool! It's the first time I use it and it is super intuitive, easy to follow and the design is just perfect - it makes the user feel comfortable using it. Since it is also a tool for managers, I can also interact with mine and read the reviews to my answers, it is like being at school and learning from scratch again :)

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

I wouldn't mention anything bad to be honest, the tool is so simple and easy to use that I couldn't find anything against it. Keep rocking it guys, you are doing a great job!

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me with my onboarding as a Customer Success Manager and teaching me the main processes of my company. Besides, the tool is offering some tests created by my company, which are essential for them to keep track of my knowledge about our product.

Super aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-navigate interface. Reminders for tasks were useful. Only wish I could easily view and review quizzes for future reference.

Would like to view and review quizzes; more levels for subtasks and subcategories could help nesting items to see how they are related under one topic. All minor issues.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

I have followed most of my onboarding at my new company through training programmes designed through Wonderway. Everything is very intuitive: the due dates for each task, access to content, variety of the exercises types  (questionnaire, open answer, recorded (camera + microphone) answer, hyperlink submission...). The very appearance is simple and straightforward. Definitely one of the reasons my onboarding felt very smooth!

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Didn't find anything bad to say really, if I were to be very picky - and assuming it's not already done but was not made available by my employer - maybe it's lacking a function to tentatively "decline" one of the questions and explain why an user can't or shouldn't answer this one?

I feel like the application manages really well to structure what can be a huge and intimidating onboarding programme into intuitive, logically constructed and easy to follow programmes and themes

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

All-in-all the site was really helpfull, my onboarding process was really smooth. From the first day, I had all the information I needed in one place, where everything is easily accessible and I knew what I'm learning on which day/the plan for it all, etc.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

I am really unsure what to write, as I don't have some negative aspects while using the site/any suggestions for improvement. All in all, really happy with the site.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wonderway had a clear plan/outview on what I will be learning (and when) during the process of my onboarding. That was really helpfull, although once there was once a 1-on-1 that didn't happen due to the onboarder in my company not putting it in the calendar. I don't know if you have a calendar integration, but that could be of great help - to have the scheduling in wonderway.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Wonderway is very user-friendly and easy to use. The interface is intuitive and the checklist makes it simple to keep up with your tasks during onboarding all in one place. It's also nice to have all the pertinent documents/pages linked above each section for easy access. Having the milestones is also a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Not much to dislike. It would be nice to be able to limit the reminders via email and also to be able to see the questions that were answered incorrectly in the quizzes, as it can be instrumental in learning during onboarding.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to onboard and also learns about the product and software. It helps keep all the documents and links I need in one place and makes it easy to follow along weekly with the tasks I need to complete.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

It's very easy and simple to go through the milestones and task sets. Especially as a new starter in a team, onboarding can be tough and makes one feel overwhelmed, but not with Wonderway! It saves all completed tasks to read through later on, and sends email reminders. The feeling to complete a task feels super satisfying, as the sets turn green. That way, onboarding feels super easy now!

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Make sure to save answers on a separate sheet or document, as Wonderway as the program itself might not save the answers typed in.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing structure was for sure a challenge before, or not knowing how long onboarding usually takes. This way, starters can plan their first weeks very accurately and plan other meetings and trainings around i.

It is very easy to create and manage the onboarding processes for new employees using Wonderway.The tool is user friendly, the UI is fantastic and the help desk is very responsive.

The tool could have been more flexible and could have had more features. ( Like changing fonts and an easier way for adding links )

Features enabling managers to monitor and review employees' progress through a training module help ensure training can be implemented across an organisation effectively. 

You can save progress on activities and resume where you left off later. This helps you use your time efficiently.

Wonderway is easy to use and understand, meaning new employees can make a start in training with relative ease.

Only a minor issue, but occasionally I have experienced problems attaching documents that are necessary to complete training.

When introducing new training across the workforce which requires urgency, Wonderway makes it possible to quickly inform all relevant employees and monitor their progress according to the necessary timescales. Employees will also receive reminders prompting them to complete any training that is required.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

I like the UX and I think its an easy way for remote workers in tech to get updates and self train themselves. You constantly get updates so that you submit things on time as well.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

This is a great tool for someone who likes to learn by self-indulgence into a project. Personally, I like to collaborate on others so if there was a way to collab in a group to complete these projects I would like it more.

I am getting up to speed on our product vie remote work. For me it is keeping me on my toes and helping me retain the info especially as we are acquiring new products and constantly having new updates!

The product is super easy to use! The way we are able to setup the learning path is really intuitive both for the administrator and the end user. Also, the reminders work great when you are a manager of someone to always remember to do your tasks

Reports could be developed further and also a bit more flexibility in extending tasks or marking completed on the admin side. Also, would really like to have a free version to test before buying the platform.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Wonderway is extremely easy to navigate. Because of its structure, you can easily use it as a tool for resource compilation so new employees can quickly find all the information relevant to their position. The onboarding process thus becomes more efficient and effective since employees can, at any point, access the app and find whichever resource they need. We use this for daily tasks and checklists so employees have a strong point of reference during their onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Sometimes you have to open many links simultaneously because not all content can be embedded directly into the app. More integrations would be fantastic to see.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It significantly helps the enablement team keep track of the onboarding process of new employees and ensures all new employees have the information they need to get started. You can also quickly identify where new employees need more assistance, so the app is a huge help on that front.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Wonderway is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can add a lot of different resources into it, which makes it easy for our company as we use this tool to compile resources for employee onboarding. It functions as a great daily checklist so that new employees know what they are supposed to be doing, when they are supposed to be doing it and how to stay on track. We are also able to add knowledge quizzes to check on the employee learning progress. Finally, there are milestones which help us to keep track of employee progress through their new position after they have completed all training materials.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

I wish more content could be linked into the app/page itself as a lot of time we can just post content links and then it navigates away from the page. For example, we especially use a lot of videos to help guide employees through the software as they learn, but we actually have this embedded in another course that then links to wonderway. Would be nice to have everything together in one.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I am most aware of was with the milestones themselves, however, they were able to work with us to get those updated and working amazingly.

Wonderway is really intuitive as a platform - it took me under five minutes to understand the product and put it to use. I also like the subtle reminders it sends to someone who misses a module on Wonderway.

There is nothing, in particular, I dislike about this tool as it does what it's supposed to deliver. I have personally not had any issues here.

Learning the ropes in a new organization could be hard. Wonderway made it easy and structured for me and all other newcomers to access the information necessary to be successful in their roles.

I have experienced Wonderway as an easy tool to use, it was useful to be able to open multiple tabs and I like the design of the app. It functions easy and it is nice that there is some kind of checklist, so you see what you still have to do.The milestones keep you motivated to finish the assignments you have to do on Wonderway.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Sometimes it was a bit annoying when a link was opened in a new tap instead of just being in the same screen. Also sometimes there was not enough time to finish an assignment so that would be nice if that was adjustable.

I used Wonderway during my onboarding when I started working in my new company. It was really easy because I could just easily see what had to be done when, so it is good time management wise.

The interface and how easy it is to learn how to use it.
During the training period in my company, it was so simple to follow each step on wonderway, the flow of each chapter made the whole progress simple.

Honestly there is nothing that I actually dislike on Wonderway. I had a pretty good experience and in general it was a pretty good fit for me and nothing was missing in my experience.

My experience with wonderway was during my training and onboarding in my company. Wonderway was hosting the whole process that was happening 100% online and the experience was amazing.

The training is divided into stages, it is easier and simple to understand which stage we are in. In addition, marking the completion of tasks helps to organize time and does not overload with other day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Reminders via email. I still haven't found a way to disable them. Or else, an option for reminders on the platform itself, but not replicated via email. I would like to see in the platform.

It helps me understand the content in a simple, practical and organized way. The platform is fast and works quickly. I loved the interface because it shows where we left off and it's satisfying when we see completed tasks!

Wonderway is a super easy-to-ease, aesthetically please, and has a very clean layout! The training models I went through on it were extremely easy to follow, and I had no complaints there.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

There's not much to say that I don't like about it. It's fast & easy, so as an end user, I felt like it works really well.

As a Salesperson, Wonderway is helping a lot when it comes to sales enablement. The training models that my company has set up work very well and follow a clear structure. It's a perfect sales training tool!

Everything is really simple. Wonderway guides you to the end. Many of the tasks can be checked/reviewed by your teacher. If you forget to do something, they remind you by email.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

You need to wait for your teacher to check everything, so you can have everything completed, but it is not a big of the deal, it is just small thing :) Overall nothing to dislike.

You dont need to have a teacher and you can teach multiple people on Onboarding. So if you have a big company and having a lot of new employees, it is a good way to do it by wonderway.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

A powerful tool to learn and practice work related topics in a business environment. The user-friendly interface and the simple design are beneficial. This allows you to always focus on the most important tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

If i could change something, it would be a Wonderway logo in the upper left corner which would take you to the general overview. At the beginning I was not aware that there is an overview of all task fields, so I always left each link open. The small cross in the upper right corner does not indicate that there is an overview. A logo would be more helpful.

Wonderway offers you independent training in job-related tasks. This made espacialy my onboarding particularly easy for me. I would be happy to use it more regularly.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Wonderway is very easy to use and helps get new hires on board quickly. Our new hires specifically liked the structure and the different assessments, such as quizzes, screen recording tasks & video recording tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

We faced some issues with the video recording assessments but thanks to the fantastic customer service, it got solved quickly and now everything is fine.
I would definitely recommend Wonderway.

Wonderway helps me keep a good overview of new hires even in stressful times and allows me to track the actual learning progress of my learners.
The biggest benefit I got from using Wonderway is that I no longer have to worry about learners getting off track. Wonderway saves me a lot of time and nerves :)

Wonderway has been extremely user-friendly and easy to use. It's a very helpful onboarding tool for new employees or helping with transitions into other departments.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

There could definitely be more flexibility from the admin side - we often run into issues when needing to extend a training period for an employee or even skip ahead to mark one as complete.

At my current company, it serves as a hub for video training materials that we are easily able to upload and nicely organize by various topics to our employees who are training can easily follow and access them.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

I enjoy using Wonderway. I have actually suggested it to leads many times when they told me about their needs and WW made sense to them as well. 
It is simple and user-centered. I have been using Wonderware for 18 months now for many different courses/ onboarding and it is always straightforward, check-check-done.
Important to add that I have always used it as a learning tool, never created content, so I cannot say anything about creating a structure for others to use.

I have no complaints. Some people don´t like that some clicks might trigger different new tabs. It doesn´t bother me.

Wonderway allows centralizing our courses/training/onboardings in one platform. It is also ends up working as a library, A go-to place when employees need to review content.

Easy to use learning platform. What i like the most is that it works as a to-do list and that it is very clear what your daily tasks are. Furthermore, it offers a nice overview of what's already completed.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

What i dislike is that when you click on one of the links from the "Make sure to go through the content first" list it automatically "completes" the task even if it's not completed yet.

Wonderway is solving the problem of having no structure when it comes to learning new skills (for example the onboarding of a new employee or learning a new software).

Firstly, Wonderway is a very user-friendly platform; everything is very clear, and you can easily keep track of your progress on the main dashboard.

There are clear deadlines for each module that you are learning, and your knowledge is checked with quizzes/tests after each module.

If i am honest i really struggle to find anything majorly wrong with Wonderway. I am not a buyer so cant even moan about the cost, however if i had to suggest something they could collaborate with organisations carrying out training or onboarding and use incentives to encourage studying.

We have almost the entire company now onboarding on Wonderway. It's a really fantastic tool to house all the resources a new employee needs to be a great member of the company. As a company that is 100% remote, without Wonderway we would be running off spreadsheets for this process.

I think the only area I would like to see some improvement on is the Admin panel. I've found myself getting a little lost on occasion with what I am looking to do within the platform when organising my new starters and who they report to.

Onboarding a remote company can be a real challenge, Wonderway solves this as I can see the progress each individual is making and review their progress.

Being able to follow up on previous issues and quickly review, knowing where you left off and completing the activities. I really liked it, and I have never used such training in any company.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

the simplification of the app and the facility to create quiz and see results. The visual impact of the result, the easy way of giving them a value. the multiple options that the questions offer.
Also, the intuitive software of the app, everything is so simple to plan, to organize and to do, from the administrator side and also from the employee side.
The options to set reminders, the fact that if you leave the app by mistake you can recover the data given and the fact that you can see the mark and advises that the admin gives you.

there is really anything i really dislike, maybe the fact that i cant put a question within a question, but honestly i think it is very well planned and the organization is excellent

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

It is super easy to use. Is also directly shows your progress so it is helpful to stay motivated. The surface is very tidy and clean so you also do not get distracted. The excersices can be varied a lot as well. Doesn't matte if it was a multiple choice quiz, a open answer, screenshot or sharing of a link. Even recording of a video was possible. This makes the process of teaching/learning very versatile.

**What do you like best about Wonderway?**

Wonderway has a really beautiful interface, and it's really intuitive and easy to implement. From an admin perspective, it couldn't be easier to create learning tracks and share them with the team. For the learner, the experience to go through one or many courses is great and very intuitive. The level of Support the team provides is outstanding, and really made a difference in our experience as admins of the platform. 
On that note, being a learning platform focused on sales teams was great so that ownership was divided between HR and Sales Enablement, making it easy to manage and create new content without bureaucracy.

**What do you dislike about Wonderway?**

Wonderway is in a great crescent regarding features and possibilities. Right now, they lack some features that would benefit larger sales structures, such as content management within a course or linking courses together. But the recently released Atlas feature is a great addition to the platform, making it a great solution for those looking to start enabling their reps.

**What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wonderway is helping Sales & Revenue Enablement teams to better onboard, enable and train sales reps, with a very intuitive and easy-to-use solution. 
As a Revenue Enablement Manager, it allowed me to onboard, train, and share knowledge with the whole sales structure of my company in a scalable and repeatable way.

the fact that it is divided into stages with estimated times as well as checklists to tick makes its use simple and practical. We are not overwhelmed by all there is to do, we know where we are at each stage, it is very rewarding.

The reminders of "you are late", as far as I am concerned these delays due to the dates were not justified, I would have liked it to be an option that we could possibly remove? (I was only on the user side not admin)

There is no save function. If it is a very long multiple choice question type and you click by mistake out of the window, you will have to restart the question.

One of the best things is that the content is structured in a way that makes learning more straightforward, as it's broken down into chunks/chapters called learning paths. It is also great to get reminders about upcoming task deadlines and notifications about feedback from your mentor/course coordinator to know that you're on the right track.

In my experience, notification and feedback reminders can become excessive if a 'task' has been completed offline. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives. As long as the content is structured well by the course leader then the UI makes it easy to consume

Organisational training and working through many training documents and information can be challenging to know where to start. Wonderway enables structured learning for new starters, learners and continuous development programs.

I used Wonderway to onboard at my new sales job, it was great I was able to ramp up on several different aspects of my job, from learning more about my organisation, to sales/product training. The interactive aspect of the learning really boosts retention also!

It's very intuitive and has a modern, minimalistic design.
As someone going through an onboarding process, it's easy to keep track of everything.
The checklists and easy video recordings are a big plus.

As someone who went through the onboarding process with Wonderway, I did not have any problems or issues at all. Sometimes the reminder e-mails for unfinished tasks were not particularly necessary, but this is not a big issue.

Going through onboarding, everything - or most of the things - I need to know for the first week/month can be stored there. The quizzes are a good way of checking if everything was understood in a playful, but efficient way.

The structure and organization of training modules and a very friendly UX make Wonderway a very effective tool in our company.  We are growing rapidly with many new employees, so this is by far the best way to distribute training.

Nothing significant comes to mind...  Perhaps the repeated training reminders for progress could be lessened.  Suggest that users can set tolerances for progress reminders.
