I don't like the UI of the backend. I think it's quite outdated and the dashboard is not very intuitive. Also, I don't like how constrained the design is. They only have a few blocks for different sections and you can't really customise much at all. One other thing that drives me crazy is how you can't really see all the sales analytics past a certain period (in the past) and how you can't easily download invoices in bulk or filter them properly. I find Wizishop super easy to use, and it's great that everything is included. I really appreciate the SEO Dashboard, which I use almost every day. It's easier to use, cheaper, and the support team is real and human, which I value a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel the store design options could be improved on Wizishop. There are only 7 or 8 templates available, even though they are free. It would be great to have more variety, so my store could stand out more from competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
