Its a cloud based live classes so we can access it from anywhere 24/7 or even via mobile phones. **What do you dislike about WizIQ?** Nothing , I like each and every feature of WizIQ as we can train our colleagues on particular software after creating online course and easliy access it from mobile phones also. WizIQ provides good quality video conferencing with unlimited participants with the option of multimedia test to assess the performance of your learners. **What problems is WizIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help of WizIQ we can easily conduct training programs for our employees and assess them laterally. Many times, there are various obstacles that prevent us from successfully conducting live classes, but since its creation, we have been able to successfully conduct live streaming classes on schedule. The support and after-sales team were very unprofessional. The system quality was not acceptable. The audio communication delay was too long for a quality class session. On average, it was above 3-4 seconds. The API was not well designed and it was not documented well. Additionally, we paid them to localize the system and it never happened in a correct manner. They took our money and when we understood that they are performing unprofessionally and unethically we asked for a refund of our money and they refused while we had a contract in place that they had failed to make their commitments. **Recommendations to others considering WizIQ:** Don't let fake reviews mislead you. You are welcome to contact me to share with you further details regarding my experience using this company. The function of creating exams with Wiziq is very useful because I can evaluate my students easily and all from the comfort of my laptop. Another thing I like about this great software is its phone application, with which I can perform all actions just by tapping on the screen of my Samsung. Wiziq has its own cloud storage, which makes it software where all your content will be automatically saved. **What do you dislike about WizIQ?** It is possible that the biggest drawback with this program is that the pro version is quite expensive; $390 is a bit pricey compared to other programs that offer the same content. The support is quite difficult to contact; after you pay for the service, they can take up to a week to solve a problem for you. The interface could be improved, and the audio and video quality is not as smooth as other programs. **Recommendations to others considering WizIQ:** If you are someone looking for a virtual room to prepare and deliver your classes, this is the software you were looking for. It is a tool completely focused on those of us teachers who like to teach online classes and virtual exams.
