The support and after-sales team were very unprofessional. The system quality was not acceptable. The audio communication delay was too long for a quality class session. On average, it was above 3-4 seconds. The API was not well designed and it was not documented well. Additionally, we paid them to localize the system and it never happened in a correct manner. They took our money and when we understood that they are performing unprofessionally and unethically we asked for a refund of our money and they refused while we had a contract in place that they had failed to make their commitments. **Recommendations to others considering WizIQ:** Don't let fake reviews mislead you. The best and my favourite thing about is the breakout session. I use that feature alot when conducting an exam or competitions. The polling system and screen sharing is very handy and useful when I am not ready with a content or when the content is too large.
