They shine at understanding the requirements and the kind of tonality you're looking for in your content. We mostly had requirement of technical articles which I feel are tough to write with a friendly tonality. Team WittyPen does that amazingly well. **What do you dislike about WittyPen?** If I am being very very picky, then I'd say timelines of taking our requirements and adding it to the platform could have been better but honestly I understand good articles require a great deal of understanding and to get what we've been getting from them consistently I can always wait those 1-4 days extra. **Recommendations to others considering WittyPen:** Don't hesitate at all. Just go for it. **What problems is WittyPen solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't need to hire in house writers. Also, coming from a creative background it gets difficult to get the desired quality from your subsequent hires or contracting to random freelancers.
