What problems is Wipfli solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allowed us to move from two different systems to one, reducing costs and adding functionality. We haven't moved yet but are considering outsourcing our Intacct support to Wipfli to avoid the help desk ticket saga and get direct answers to our questions from experts. So far, I've had three instances of contacting Intacct support with questions where they didn't know the answer and, in one instance, said that the software couldn't do something that was actually easily doable.
